Créez de merveilleux souvenirs avec votre famille à Old Orchard Beach! 5 Min. Promenade à la plage, de la jetée, des commerces et un parc d'attraction. Cette location de fournitures beaucoup d'espace avec 4 chambres, lits superposés dans une chambre, 2 lits jumeaux dans une autre, et un grand lit dans une autre et une reine dans la chambre des maîtres. La pleine taille salon et cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, 1 1/2 salles de bains, télévision par câble. , DVD, A / C, laveuse / sécheuse, et Internet sans fil. Juste à côté du rythme et le chemin dans un quartier calme de OOB. Profitez d'un barbecue dans la cour arrière et de voir les feux d'artifice du jeudi soir à partir de votre porte d'entrée. Grand ensemble pour famille à enfant quartier convivial. Doit être plus de 25 ans pour louer et cette location est dans une zone de famille calme et son pas un espace de fête.

Absolute gem!

The house was beautifully designed and decorated. The rooms were great size awe well as the two bathrooms. Having a washer/dryer unit came in very handy, The deck was perfect with gill for cooking out. Location was perfect, teens could go out on their own and older adult was able to walk to beach area with no issues. We had a great time and host was easily accessible.

Beach getaway

Nice setup for the size of the property. Perfect distance from the pier, any further the walk would of been a hike, any closer and you wouldnt be able to escape the commotion of the nightlife. I would suggest a new grill for the 2024 season but otherwise the place was great.

The house was beautiful. Nice and clean!! One of the bedrooms had bunk beds. Air conditioning was great. Only a 5 minute walk to the center. 2 different dinner sets for outside dining. And nice and quiet at night. Excellent place to stay!!

Une semaine de vacances

Arrivée facile et à l’heure prévue. Maison très propre et exactement comme on l’anticipait. Communication vraiment facile avec le propriétaire. Très proche de la plage. 4 chambres parfait pour notre famille. Assez d’espace de stationnement. Rapport qualité prix dur à battre pour l’emplacement à OOB. Nous y retournerions assurément .

Week of Vay-K!

House was fantastic!! Area looked a little skeptical but neighbors were great! Only thing I would change would be the pictures online. They didn’t match what we walked into... the house itself was SO MUCH BETTER!! Update those pictures and I bet you won’t be able to keep up w the amount of people that want to rent! I would also maybe add a tv to a Bedroom to allow younger kids their own little space when the adults want to have a show or two!

Wonderful Week staying in this home!

We had a wonderful week staying in this home. The home seems larger inside than we anticipated. Living room had plenty of space for people to sit and congregate. Great outside seating on deck outside of kitchen and another table and grill with covering in the yard. This made it so nice to spend time outside enjoying the weather. Friendly neighbors, made us feel at home. The home is kept clean and supplied with everything you need. (other than your sheets/towels you supply). Most importantly, the owner was very responsive and cordial and answered any questions I had. Made our joined family vacation in Old Orchard perfect.

A perfect week

Sunshine all the week, so we've been at home for breakfast , lunch , dinner and sleep.. The house was perfect for the 4 kids and 5 adults. Not a castle, but one of the best value for money in town. The neighborhood is very friendly, the deck is perfect for relaxing in the morning and the end of the day. And that's true we are at just 7 minutes of the beach and everything you need to be in Paradise. Thanks to you , we will come back !

The house was perfect!! It was very clean and very roomy. The best part was the location. You literally are minutes within the beach, Boardwalk, and many stores. The owners are amazing. They are extremely welcoming and very helpful through the process. I highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to vacation in the area. Clean, Cozy, Cottage!!!!

This property was a great price, and fit for me and the family. As it may now become a yearly thing. It's on a quiet residential street with 4 bedrooms, one and half bath, eat in kitchen, and new deck to enjoy the BBQ made on the gas grill all within walking distance to beach, stores, and overall fun. You truly cant ask for more. If you are looking for a home away from home it will meet all your needs. Plus it clean, comfortable, and cozy! Matthew & Ann are also very gracious owners, humble and sweet. My family and I where truly blessed to have found this gem..

Excellant location, very clean beach house

I would highly recommend this beach house to anyone. It is very spacious inside, has a small yard for children. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Pier and beach. The owners are amazing and were there to greet us and to see us off. This is the third summer I have rented this beach house and will do so again.

I have stayed on this property before in the past,with a different owner,and surprisingly the new owners were wonderful!!! We always enjoy oob for our family vacatons and now we know we can come for many more years and be comfortable with our stay here!! Also..this place is a short walk to the amusements as well as the beach and has a nice backyard for when you just want the quiet time!!! It is in a very convenient area close to everything we loved our stay ..can't wait till next year!!!

Very happy

We rented this home for a weeks vacation and so glad we did! It was one of the cleanest places that I have seen/stayed in! It had everything that you would need! not a lot of places supply you with everything but they did! Its located in a quiet neighborhood very roomy, it is about a 5 min walk from everything fun to do! You don't really need to get in the car for anything! We will definitely be renting again next year! I would recommend if you are looking for a cozy,roomy,nice clean/fun place to stay to rent this home! The owners are very polite also!
