Great house! Such a cute and charming house that also has plenty of room for our family. Kitchen is fully stocked, WiFi worked great and beds were beyond comfortable. Only thing Bette than the house was the location- short easy walk to the beach but also very quiet location.

Three couples stayed in this cute cottage for three nights in October 2025. Our communication with the owners/VRBO was helpful and concise. The cottage was great, with the three bedrooms that we needed. The house was very comfortable and we all enjoyed our time there. Very clean and well stocked. Liked the washer and dryer too. Thanks for a great stay!!

Quaint Cottage, great stay

We had a great time on our recent stay here. short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. This home was fully stocked with all the amenities and truly felt like our home away from home. Check in/out was seamless and there was great communication the the host. If we ever plan to travel to the area again, we would definately stay here once more.

Such a beautiful house! We loved everything about it, except the low ceiling in the basement (my son is 6’2”). The amenities are great, and we loved the grill. Beds are very comfortable. 5/5 stars

I really REALLY enjoyed our stay from the ocean proximity, to the well maintained home. We were just down the street, from a beautiful view of the ocean. We went down and took pictures of the sunrise. The beach was big and expansive … just beautiful. The house itself was highly and meticulously maintained. It was immaculate and warm and inviting. All appliances worked well too. Thank you to our hosts. We’ll be back!

A Taste of New England

We were a family of 5 adults and loved the accommodations! Coming from the south, it was truly the New England charm we were hoping to find. The cottage is very comfortable with room for everyone one to spread, both inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked for any cooking needs.

Quiet location close to the beach!

Perfect spot for our girls week! We absolutely loved this place. It was in a very quiet area with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We heard the ocean most nights when we sat outside. There is a binder with places to go and things to do. And, so many options in the area! Will definitely stay here next time we are in Maine.

Great House Near the Beach

Nice little house with everything we needed. Slight hiccup after checking in, but quickly rectified upon speaking with the managers! For our January stay, we definitely appreciated the efficient heat and ready throw blankets available in the living areas to cozy up under! Would definitely recommend this house for a family or small group.

Beach Getaway

Good location, house was clean, a few things in house needed small repairs(didn’t impede our stay). There was not a lot of kitchenware, which is fine but wish we knew ahead of time so we could have packed it with us. Overall great time.

Old orchard trip

The weather wasn’t the best but that is unpredictable. The place was perfect! It was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. It’s close to the beach and pier. There’s plenty of space to sleep and lounge around. My group and I loved it!

Lovely cottage in great location

This was such a quaint and cozy cottage for our stay in Maine. We were in the area for a medical conference in Portland and this location was perfect. We walked the beach a couple of days and enjoyed neighboring beaches-Higgin’s and Beddefors Pools. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor space was cute, although small. We enjoyed our stay even though the weather was variable! Thank you to our hosts for an easy check in and check out!

Family vacation/wedding

My family and I enjoyed a fantastic week at this charming cottage. Listing including pictures are accurate. Great communication with host, all questions were answered in a timely manner. Great location. Walking distance (10 minutes) to beach. And a 5 minute drive to wedding venue, Dunegrass Golf Club. Thank you for a great week!

House was Adorable

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood just a bit away from the Pier. Take only about 2 minutes to get to everything. House had almost everything you need for a pleasant stay. We like the little area with the fire pit. Private. I would recommend. Communication with the host was fine.

Relaxing vacation!

Overall the stay was great! Enough room to spread out and the cottage was cute! About a 10 min walk to the beach. I would suggest maybe trimming the back yard a bit, we couldn’t use it cause it was really buggy. Also it was tad warm, the air is only in the living room so it didn’t really cool down the other rooms or the downstairs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

Great Gem

We loved our stay. Our kids 6 and 3, they were safe playing in the back yard and even front area. We walked to the beach every day, sometimes three times a day. Quick 10 minute walk even with kids walking/riding their scooters. There were a few quirks as most places have. It’s hard to be perfect. There were some dust bunnies causing an allergic reaction with my step-mom. Overall we’re glad this was our home base for the week while we explored part Maine.
