Prime Location with Access

Thank you for your feedback— we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home’s location. We’re currently addressing these issues, and all of your observations will be improved to enhance future stays. – The A&J Home Concierge Team

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry that this stay did not meet the experience you were expecting. While we were grateful to be able to accommodate the reservation after the original home unexpectedly became unavailable, we completely understand your disappointment with some of the details you encountered upon arrival. Several of the items you mentioned, including the personal belongings left behind, the lanai window coverings, and the kitchen preparation details, have since been addressed with the homeowner and our team to ensure the property is better prepared moving forward. We sincerely appreciate your feedback, as difficult as it is to hear, because it helps us improve. We also truly appreciate your patience and communication throughout the stay and wish you all the best moving forward.
