The Space:

The Hangout Den was designed for guests who want more than just a place to sleep. It’s a comfortable, fun, easygoing home base where you can explore Post Falls and North Idaho during the day, then actually enjoy coming back to the house at night.

Whether you’re planning a couples getaway, anniversary trip, football weekend, friends’ weekend, Silverwood trip, or simply want a walkable place to relax for a few days, this home gives you a little bit of everything.



🛏 SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS



The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably:



• Primary Bedroom — King Bed

• Bedroom Two — Queen Bed

• Bedroom Three — Queen Bed



The bedrooms make it easy to settle in after a full day exploring North Idaho.



🧖 PRIVATE SPA + HANGOUT ROOM



One of the most unique features of The Hangout Den is the dedicated spa-style hangout room.



This converted garage space includes:



• 75” Smart TV — perfect for football, movies, or a relaxed night in

• 2-person portable steam sauna

• Small portable/inflatable-style hot tub

• Fans for warmer days

• Small portable heater for cooler weather



We want guests to know exactly what to expect: the hot tub is a small portable hot tub, not a permanent built-in spa, and the sauna is a portable steam sauna, not a traditional cedar or infrared sauna.

The spa room is also not centrally heated or air conditioned, so the temperature inside can vary depending on the season. Fans and a small heater are provided for added comfort.

It’s casual, fun, and a great place to unwind after dinner, watch the game, relax in the sauna, or enjoy a soak before bed.

🚗 Parking: Up to 3 vehicles may park in the private driveway. No trailer parking.

You’ll have the home and outdoor spaces to yourselves during your stay, giving you plenty of privacy to relax, unwind, and enjoy Post Falls.

The Hangout Den is tucked into a convenient Post Falls neighborhood that gives you the best of both worlds — a comfortable place to unwind with quick access to everything North Idaho has to offer.

You’re just blocks from the Spokane River and only minutes from I-90, making it incredibly easy to explore Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, Silverwood Theme Park, and the surrounding area.

Getting Around:

The Hangout Den is just seconds from the freeway entrance, making it easy to reach Coeur d’Alene, Spokane, or Silverwood Theme Park. Many breweries, restaurants, and the Spokane River are walkable, and rideshares are also available for nights out.



Other Things to Note:

👤 GUEST REGISTRATION + ID

• A Guest Check-In Form must be completed within 48 hours of booking.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for the primary guest.

• All overnight guests, including children, must be included in the reservation and registered before arrival.

• Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

👥 VISITORS

• Only registered guests are permitted at the property unless additional visitors have been approved in advance.

• Visitor fees may apply depending on the number of visitors.

• Unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in additional fees or cancellation of the reservation.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

🚗 PARKING

• Maximum of 3 vehicles at the property.

• Vehicles must remain in the designated driveway parking areas.

• The garage/spa room is not a parking space and vehicles may not be parked inside.

• No street parking.

• No trailers, boats, RVs, campers, or oversized vehicles without prior written approval.

⚡ EV CHARGING

• Charging electric vehicles from the home, garage, or exterior outlets is not permitted.

• Guests needing EV charging should plan to use a designated public charging station.

🧖 SPA + HANGOUT ROOM

The Spa + Hangout Room is a converted garage recreational space featuring a 75” Smart TV, 2-person portable steam sauna, and small portable/inflatable-style hot tub.

• The hot tub is a small portable hot tub, not a permanent built-in spa.

• The sauna is a portable steam sauna, not a traditional cedar or infrared sauna.

• This room does not have central heating or air conditioning. Fans are provided during warmer weather and a small portable heater is available during cooler months. Temperatures inside the room will vary with outdoor conditions.

• This room is not an approved sleeping area. Guests must sleep only in the three designated bedrooms.

🔇 QUIET HOURS

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM.

• Please be respectful of our residential neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas.

🚭 SMOKING + VAPING

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or Spa + Hangout Room.

• Please use designated outdoor areas only and dispose of all waste appropriately.

🧴 STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of toiletries, paper products, coffee essentials, dishwasher supplies, and laundry detergent to help get your stay started. Longer stays may require guests to purchase additional supplies.

🔐 SECURITY + OCCUPANCY

Exterior security cameras may be present at the property and are used to help monitor entrances, occupancy, and parking. Cameras do not monitor private interior spaces.

🏡 HOUSE RULES

Guests are responsible for reviewing and following the complete House Rules and Guest Agreement associated with the reservation. These policies help us protect our guests, neighbors, homeowners, and the property.
