Everything was amazing for our stay here! The view was amazing, comfy beds, and wonderful hosts! Received everything I need prior to check in and they followed up on day 2 to make sure everything went smoothly! The condo was super clean and inviting! Everything was stocked and we had more than we needed!! I would definitely stay here again!

Loved our location for our Maui stay! Easy access to beaches, eating, and shopping. This place had great amenities for anything you may desire. A definite must if you are considering Kihei for your destination.

Perfect Sunset/Beach view

Totally adequate for our 2 Adults 2 Teens family. We slept well, the bathrooms were great, the AC worked fine, the Washer/Dryer combo was super handy and we cooked awesome breakfasts every morning in the little kitchen.

Best location in Maui

The room is just how you see in the photo, beautiful nightly sunsets! Awesome bbq area upstairs and great restaurants just across the street. The kitchen is as very well stocked for cooking, just bring your own spices, a grocery store is just down the street, we enjoy cooking and eating on the lanai. The weather was so perfect, we didn’t even use the AC! Love Royal Mauian!!!

Great views and location to beaches on the south end of Maui (including walking distance to the three Kamaole Beach Parks).Good kitchen, pool and shared roof top deck. Comfortable furniture, beds and nice bath rooms.The deck has an amazing view and faces northwest so you don't get blasted by the afternoon sun.the only minor con was the air conditioner exhaust is on the deck, so we just turned the air off when we wanted to use the deck. The 808 team was easy to contact and very responsive to even minor issues.

the perfect location

We were so happy with our stay. The beautiful ocean was literally in front of us. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. The place was perfect for our family of four. The floors could have been a little cleaner, especially the patio but otherwise the property is amazing. We were in short walking distance to two amazing beaches. The location was central to everything you could need in Kihei.
