The second floor features an additional lounging area with 60-inch television and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. This gives large or multiple families the ability to have plenty of space to spread out to come together or have some alone time.

The outdoor areas invite relaxation on your private 12 x 14 back deck with a comfortable lounging area and a gas grill. The rear yard and garden spaces around the property are professionally landscaped, creating a tranquil space for morning coffee, afternoon appetizers, or just relaxing after a day at the beach.
