This lovely 4 BR home offers comfortable and stylish furnishings, a gourmet kitchen, outdoor shower & off-street parking. Restaurants, bars, shops and even water sport activities are just steps away. You can also enjoy this home in the wonderful shoulder season. Book a week or even a "mini-week" in the fall, winter or spring. Bonus: Owners provides 2 Dewey Beach Parking Permits in summertime. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
