Imagine taking a short 1/2 mile leisurely walk or drive across the bridge from your fully equipped condo and discover the famous white sands and crystal blue waters of Siesta Key - named one of the top ten beaches in the world! Lounging under a beach umbrella in the powdery-soft Siesta Key sand may forever alter your idea of a fantastic vacation.
Back at the condo relax on the lanai or rejuvenate in the pool. If you prefer driving to the beach, a public access point with parking lot and sand volleyball courts is a short drive away. Explore the shopping on Siesta Key and browse over 150 stores including many unique boutiques, galleries, salons and specialty shops. When your shopping yields to hunger, indulge in the taste of Siesta Key’s wonderful selection of restaurants.
Downtown Sarasota is just a short drive away across the north island bridge where you will find world-renowned shopping, fine dining, and cultural attractions. It is also located within easy driving distance to Tampa (1hr) and Orlando (2hr) destinations. Public transportation is readily available for more distant exploration if you choose not to drive.
We supply beach chairs and have beach towels for you to use.
Our condo is fully furnished, spotless, newly updated throughout including new tile floors in the bedrooms, and with all the amenities of a comfortable home, two large bedrooms with full baths, a comfortable living room, dining area, TV/music entertainment center, and lanai. All necessary linens are provided and a full-sized washer and dryer are located in the pool area. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all the conveniences of home.

Location was awesome for a few beach days. Condo was clean and enjoyable. If needed many appliances and cookware. Beds very comfortable as well. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. Great location for dining and shopping. Can’t wait to book again.

Great Experience

The condo was clean and smelled of cleaning products upon entering. Towels for both bath and beach and clean bed sheets provided, as well as beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler if needed. (We did not use the cooler) We went to Turtle Beach each day which was less than a 10 minute drive. Would stay here again!

Review of Siesta Key condo

The place was great very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and the bedrooms were large. My only thing is the second bathroom needed a rubber bath mat for inside the tub it was a little slippery but other than that a great place to stay close to everything. Would stay there again.

Beach Bungalow

Well kept condo, in a great location with all the comforts of home. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels provided. Sarasota, Siesta Key has a ton of fun things to do. This bungalow is located near many restaurants, grocery stores, beaches and activities. The pool is a great spot to wind down and relax after a day at the beach or running about town. Would recommend this location!

Great place with everything you could need

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was within walking distance to beaches and had everything that you could possibly need to go to the beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and sand toys; we still choose to drive but there is also the free trolley. The kitchen had any appliance that we needed, a dishwasher, and the place was very clean when we arrived. It's a small building and I never has an issue utilizing the free laundry services on the property, we also didn't use the pool as we went to the beach but it was open late until 10 PM. They also provide boardgames and books for any down time you have. You can't beat this place with a great location and price!

This place offers a comfortable place to stay in a very quiet neighborhood. Very close to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Stocked ready for the beach with umbrella, beach chairs, towels and cooler. We had to contact the owner once and Chris replied very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!!

Why they chose this property

Steve thought this condo was the just the right size and location. You don't get caught in the Siesta Key traffic unless you are at the beach!! It's a small complex with only 8 units to the building.
Just a great spot!
