Este segundo piso, 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, condominio, está ubicado en el lado del Golfo de nuestra propiedad. Debido a su ubicación central, está a un corto paseo de nuestra playa de arena blanca, canchas de tenis, piscinas y barbacoas de carbón. Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de dos habitaciones tienen capacidad para un máximo de seis personas. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con dos camas tamaño queen con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ", mientras que en el dormitorio de invitados hay una cama tamaño king, también con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32". El hermoso baño principal tiene una cabina de ducha y el baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La sala de estar est�� equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana de 40 "con servicio de HD para su disfrute. La moderna y amplia cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está totalmente equipada con todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora y cafetera. El condominio está completamente embaldosado. El patio cómodamente amueblado está protegido para que usted y su familia puedan disfrutar de nuestras encantadoras brisas tropicales.

It was nice to take the trolly into town to shop. The workout center was very clean and had a great selection of equipment. The beach is beautiful and well maintained, easy access. Our apartment was lovely, very well decorated and stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay. We will very likely be back for a repeat next July 4th!

Unit 140

Overall, our group had a great time and the unit was comfortable but could use a little TLC. We had to call the office twice to ask them to send maintenance for a few items. The shower curtain in the main bathroom kept falling down, the toilet in the spare bath wouldn't flush properly and ran continuously and the ice maker in the freezer wasn't working and in the evening the side of the refrigerator was extremely hot to the touch, which didn't seem normal. After the 2nd attempt at sending someone to check these concerns, the gentleman was able to fix the shower curtain and the toilet, but nothing was done about the refrigerator and ice maker.The check in process was fairly smooth, except the woman who checked me in didn't give me the code to enter the gate.Overall, not a bad experience and we would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay was very nice at #140. The location was the best part of our stay. We were a short walking distance to the beach and two pools and the tennis courts were a nice addition. However, the pickleball paddles need to be replaced. They were very difficult to play with. Our Airbnb was clean, but the kitchen faucet needs replaced. It kept dripping unless you worked with it to get it in to a position that it would stop. The shower knob was also very difficult to operate. We called maintenance to come look at it, but it turns out it was fine...it was just very old and difficult to figure out. We were a little embarrassed when they turned it right on, but I think it was just a very old style that we weren’t familiar with. We would stay again at this facility because of the close proximity to everything, but for the price, the Airbnb needs some upgrades/remodeling.

Great place & location

Property was great. Communication was great. Condo description should be updated with what is in the kitchen. Example - there is a keurig but that is not listed anywhere. Beds ok. Had plenty of towels and blankets. Pool on gulf side great! Did not get a chance to try pool on bay side.
