Este condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en el segundo piso está ubicado en el lado pacífico, costero e intercostal de nuestra propiedad. Este modelo más grande tiene un total de 1322 pies cuadrados y un máximo de 6 personas para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota. Este condominio tiene alfombra en ambos dormitorios y está enlosado en todo el resto de la unidad. El dormitorio principal está amueblado con 1 cama queen size y su baño tiene una bañera / ducha combinada. El dormitorio de invitados está amueblado con 2 camas completas. Hay un dormitorio adicional para dormir en el sofá cama queen en la sala de estar para uso de los huéspedes. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha también. I have no complaints. Siesta key was beautiful. The condo we stayed at was perfect. Very close to the beach walking distance also met some friends along the way.

Excellent location, great amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spacious, conveniently located, beautiful pools, great gym and private beach. Two bedrooms and spacious living area. My only complaint is that the dishes in the cupboard and the silverware were dirty. Every dish and cup had to be washed. Food stuck on them. Also the floors were not mopped. Once I cleaned it, all was good!

The staff was great with the exception of a security guy that scare my kids banging in the door to let us know that we cannot hang the beach towels on the balcony.This was a white American on his 60 blue eyes. He was very rude . Never said hello or excuse himself for being so RUDE. The banging was very loud and scared my kids A place so beautiful like that does not need someone to stain it’s reputation

Relaxing spring break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was perfect for relaxing. We had evening cocktails and watched the sunset on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Appliances were up to date. Beds were comfortable and the different sitting areas made it easy to have a few conversations going at the same time. Bathrooms are nice and water pressure excellent. Washer and drier on the same floor. Unit is nicely located close to both pools. Coffee and the sunrise on the dock. Wine and sunset on the beach.

Great place to stay

The property was nice and centrally located. The only criticism would be that not enough parking was available. The listing should clarify the amount of vehicles per room that is allowed. We had 2 cars and we where told that only one could park and the other had to park at the Publix more Than a mile away. Not happy with that at all.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. We appreciate the feedback. I must comment though on the parking. It clearly states in the contract that you signed that there is parking for ONE vehicle. The time that you stayed with us every guest brought multiple vehicles and it presented a big problem that was unsolvable except to ask that 2nd and 3rd cars park in the Publix parking lot. Fantastic condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this condo for 4 nights. The check in process was easy. We arrived late at night and just picked up our keys at the office drop box. The condo was beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. The master bedroom was big with a very comfortable king size bed and the other bedroom had 2 queen size beds. The unit had a nice balcony perfectly to sit with a glass of wine and listen to the birds. The grounds were super clean. The property has 2 heated swimming pools. One right next to the office which is on the beach side, and the other on the bay side which also has a hot tub. Swim in the pool or hang out in the hot tub while the boats drive by. Grocery store, Publix, is only 4-6 min drive away. Siesta Key village is only 4 min drive away. Another broken egg cafe for breakfast and mini doughnuts across the street. Yummy!We recommend watching the sunset on the beach, only a short walk, less than 5 min. You walk through the whole complex to the beach. One suggestion for the unit: Carpets in both bedrooms need to be replaced by tile or new carpet. They were very old and dirty and started coming off. Other than that, we had no complaints at all. I still give it a 5 star! Definitely recommend staying here. :)

Spring Break

I only gave a 1 star for check in since the person at the front desk asked for me to wear a mask, which your state is mask free, and when I said I had a medical exemption she stated to me , “ Well I am just trying to stay alive”. Now mind you she had a mask on and behind a barrier. There was no reason for her comment. It was rude and upsetting. I do have state and Federal rights that this employee was attempting to deny me which could be taken up with a constitutional lawyer. Please educate the front desk staff.

Hello, When you checked in, there was still a mask mandate in effect. We ask everyone to wear a mask as there is still a pandemic world wide. I did not even ask for your medical document stating that you had a medical exemption. This is private property, and we can ask everyone to please respect each other by wearing a mask. At the time of your check-in, the office was not vaccinated. There are still over 4,000 cases of Covid-19 per day in Florida. I personally have lost several friends to the virus. I was nothing but professional to you, and when you were talking about scientific research that masks were ineffective, I did not engage in anything other than asking for your vehicle information for your parking pass and to fill out your registration card. There is no reason to threaten with legal action in this case, again this is private property. I am sure you will be happier staying at another resort in the future. Regards, Cindy

Good location but outdated

The property is in a great location, close to the beach! Property has access to two pools. The condo is well equipped, kitchen, etc is great. Pictures look nice and inside it does look nice, but things have not been updated. Carpet has not been changed and it looks dirty. There are TV’s in every room, but old. We enjoyed our stay, location was great, but place needs to a bit of an update.

Our Family Christmas Vacation

Thank you Palm Bay Resort for the very comfortable and spacious condo. We especially appreciated the prime location and “drive to” beach parking via your private beach access as our condo was on the bay side of Midnight Pass. I want to pay particular regards to Cindy in the office. She possesses some of the best hospitality skills we ever experienced; was always cheerful and helpful even prior to our arrival. Had a wonderful stay. Unit 361 was clean comfortable and very well appointed. Palm Bay Club amenities. Grounds , pools and private beach were beautiful.
