Ample seating throughout the house. Kid friendly home with a real fun backyard for all ages. Whether you are relaxing by the pool or the kids are using the the kid friendly and safe Springfree trampoline or playing ping pong, or just rolling around in the grass, our home has something to offer everyone.

We are situated within 3 miles of some of the most beautiful beaches in California.
Our oversized home is a perfect gathering spot for family reunions or large groups as it can accommodate rather comfortably.
The inside of the home has been recently remodeled to reflect our contemporary and minimalist life style. The modern kitchen opens up to an inviting back yard with comfortable seating and entertainment area. The pool and all the back yard amenities will keep you active as you swim or play ping pong.
This house is situated in area of Encinitas called Olivenhain and the neighborhood is considered horse country with a series of attached horse trails and a plethora of riding opportunities with local stables.
