. The house is an older house with great updates. As a group of 13 it house was perfect.

Ashlie, an older house with thoughtful updates gives a group of 13 the character and comfort that newer builds rarely match. Really glad it worked well for everyone.

Home is in a revitalization area, potholes and home construction on every block. Home was spacious and well stocked. Host was very attentive. The beds were amazing!!

Quaint and clean

Our stay was great and everything was clean and readily available. A slightly loose faucet and a squeaky showerhead were really the only downsides.

I love old homes with all their charming built in features and solid craftsmanship and this home has that charm in spades. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The property was clean, ready, and exactly as described. Some of the neighborhood was a little more depressed/eclectic than I thought it might be but we felt very safe and enjoyed sitting on the front porch talking during the absolutely beautiful evening weather. After all, old homes are in old neighborhoods. Having both sides of the duplex offered us the opportunity for a lot of togetherness but also room for everyone to take a break. Thanks again for helping to make my youngest daughter’s wedding weekend a success. We would definitely rebook here!JulieP.S. The entire downtown/midtown area is undergoing a lot of road construction so give yourself extra time to get anywhere.

Julie, those built-in features and the solid bones of an older home create a feeling no new build can replicate, and it sounds like the space held a wedding weekend beautifully. Having both sides of the duplex gave everyone room to breathe, which is exactly what a big family occasion needs. Those porch evenings in that kind of weather are hard to beat.

Cute and clean duplex :)

I had a large group of friends and some family and we absolutely loved the place! Trying to figure out the garage situation was a little tricky and I know there were a few plumbing issues before we arrived but other than that, we had an amazing time there. The back yard was our favorite place to hangout to the point we had breakfast there our first morning. Not only that, the bedrooms were so so nice and we all agreed we had some of the best sleep ever. Highly recommend for large groups!
