The home features two separate living rooms, large dining areas, and floor-to-ceiling windows with forest views. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen and outdoor BBQ make group meals easy, while the expansive deck offers a private hot tub and fire pit for relaxing after a day of adventure.

For remote work and longer stays, the home includes two private offices with doors, four sit/stand desks, large Apple monitors, and fast Wi-Fi 6. Eco-friendly features include solar panels, heat-pump heating and cooling, Public Goods essentials, Cozy Earth bamboo sheets, and two EV chargers in the garage.

Pet-friendly and family-ready with a Pack ’n’ Play, high chair, and games, this thoughtfully designed home blends luxury, sustainability, and location for an exceptional Truckee stay.

Cool modern mountain house

Cool modern mountain house. Nice amenities. Living room is a little on the small side. Hot tub is great. No fireplace. Very well stocked kitchen. Big decks. Excellent neighborhood. Bathrooms are a it on the small side.
