We are renting our spacious, serene, 3 bedroom, 2 bath classic midcentury modern home. It is quiet and private, with large open concept living/dining/kitchen areas looking out onto private Japanese gardens and outdoor seating areas, all a short mile to the beach. Ideal for vacationers or those seeking a safe and idyllic place to work from home, with quick access to beaches and all that Southern California has to offer.

As this is our primary residence we are looking for responsible guests. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we ask our guests be likewise respectful and quiet.

Since this is our primary residence it is nicely furnished and well taken care of. All rooms open with big glass sliding doors to various patios with garden furniture and gas grill. Very quiet and still not far from beaches and all kinds of activities.
