We are sorry to hear that. Unfortunately that complex does not allow golf carts I do have resorts that do Hope you give us another chance 😊

Our very first priority is to ensure that every guest has a positive experience and we are truly sorry that you feel you did not. It is unfortunate that we did not hear from you concerning any of these issues while you were here--the only issue you did call about was you wanted a key for the front door but it is a keyless keypad lock. Most of our guests actually prefer a keypad lock because they do not have to carry keys around. That being said I feel I need to explain a few other things. First we have no control over the power lines and we clearly show these in the pictures. We have never had any guest complain that these inhibited their view. We also can not control the actions of your neighbors--but had you called us we would have contacted either the HOA or the condo's property management company to try to stop the smoking. As for the master bed--it is in fact a true king bed NOT two twin beds pushed together--possibly you noticed the box springs (most king box springs are two pieces) and got confused? All of the other issues could have easily been corrected had you just given us the opportunity to do so. Please, in the future, be fair to the condo owner and call with any concerns and/or issues so they have the opportunity to make things right for you. Telling us after the fact in a review does not help you to enjoy your vacation although it does help us to improve so for that we thank you.
