Amerai la combinazione di comodità moderna e comfort classico della casa di montagna. Questa casa è un piacere tutto l'anno. A soli quattro isolati da Heavenly Skiing in Winter (.6 miglia) e appena su per la strada dal lago e Stateline per il tuo divertimento estivo. Andare in bicicletta, fare escursioni o semplicemente rilassarsi con un libro, questa casa è il perfetto rifugio Tahoe.

Con quasi 3.000 piedi quadrati e 5 camere da letto, la casa è ideale per le famiglie. Il numero massimo di persone ammesse in casa è il seguente: 10 per le famiglie, compresi i bambini, 9 per un gruppo di tutti gli adulti.

La posizione collinare offre una vista meravigliosa dalle numerose finestre. In combinazione con il ponte avvolgente e il cortile privato, hai viste mozzafiato sulle montagne e sguardi peekaboo sul lago. La vasca idromassaggio sul retro della casa è scolpita ad arte nella collina e offre privacy e vista.

Due aree di vita offrono grandi spazi per tutti per stare insieme o trovare un posto dove ritirarsi per la privacy. L'ultimo piano di questa casa su tre livelli presenta la grande sala con una parete di finestre che costeggia l'ampio soggiorno e ora è arredata con un nuovissimo grande televisore HD. Il camino, i soffitti a volta, i pavimenti in legno e la cucina di uno chef appena ristrutturato sottolineano la qualità di questa casa. Il livello superiore presenta 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, tra cui la suite principale.

Il livello intermedio presenta una camera familiare completa di una nuova HDTV, mobile bar, bagno e due camere da letto. Perfetto per una famiglia che vuole la propria area di vita (o la famiglia che vuole che i bambini abbiano la propria).

A livello della strada troverete un garage per 2 auto e l'ingresso principale della casa. Amerai la grande "Mud Room" per conservare i tuoi giocattoli in ogni stagione. C'è spazio per biciclette, sci e altro. Abbiamo detto che era grande, giusto?

Really great place for our trip. Had everything we needed. Would have preferred quiet hours for the hot tub to start at 11 vs 10pm but still good. Very responsive to our needs (bed slats broke after sitting on a bed) and they sent someone to address it that day.

Rooms were all Very clean Only problem was that the code number we were given didn't work on front door, but when we called we were quickly given code for key box.

Family vacation

The property was clean, comfortable and well located. Kitchen and dining room were modern and spacious. The living room was dated and needs more chairs. Beds were comfortable and the decks were very nice. Only complaint was how narrow and short the garage and parking spaces were. Don’t bring any large SUV’s!!

Generational family vacay!

The location was nice, pretty views. The 20+ Steep steps from entry to main floor was not easy for grandparents and even younger folk carrying groceries, suitcases, et cetera. The place was really nice for our six people..lots of space, great kitchen area and living room. One bed was very uncomfortable so it was not used after the first night. The walk to ‘town’ was great but downhill...got a ride home! Super nice rental team who were responsive and easy to work with!

Also, mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. Great House Annoying Neighbor

Has a diesel truck he warms up for an hour or more and starts it very early before 6am. Maybe you guys could complain to the city since it's supposed to be quiet time before 7am.

Downstairs living area and a few of the bedrooms. 2. No trashcan in the master bath. Need to add one. 3. The dining room chairs could use some tie on pads. Very uncomfortable. 4. Couch and chair in living area are also uncomfortable. Could use and upgrade. 5. Neighbor across the street let's his loud diesel truck to warm up for 30 minutes in the morning. Super annoying.

Sunny Escape

Nice main living room that opens into the dining room and kitchen with cute bench sitting. Second living area with 2 bedrooms on the lower level which would be perfect for multiple families and or an area for the kids. We found with 4 adults and 1 toddler this home was plenty big. The main living area gets blasted by the sun all day (In the summer at least). So if you’re planning for a day in, it’ll be very very hot. We had 2 fans on, but found it was still way too hot. Probably would be more bearable during the winter. Property is managed by a company so a little different than communicating with 1 home owner. I do suggest the company communicates better amongst the team as someone from the company dropped in while we were unpacking and didn’t know anyone booked the place. Not a big deal, showed them my reservation but still was questionable. Also they note they clean the property for 4 hours...when we checked in I wiped and cleaned everything (due to Covid and wanted to make sure cleanliness before settling in) and noticed plenty dusty/dirty areas including light switches, so I doubt 4 hours is accurate. Cleaning can be better if being charged and stating 4 hours to do so. Lastly there was a hole cut out in one of the bathroom walls and I sent a photo of it once checked in. Apparently the company didn’t know about it, so that was also questionable. If the person before us did that and why didn’t someone from the cleaning crew mention it? Not sure.

Sorry for the hot summer sun--air conditioning is a rare find in Tahoe--we find that in the summer months, keeping the blinds closed during the day and opening the windows at night makes for a cooler home. We also apologize for the miscommunication among our team , and are sorry that the bathroom wall repair was not fully completed before your check-in time. Great stay in Tahoe

We really enjoyed our stay. Other than the fire ants swarming the deck where the jacuzzi was, it was a perfect stay.

This property was even better then I expected. Well equipped house that is great for a big family gathering. Lots of space and privacy. Views were amazing and location, with quick access to downtown South Lake, was perfect. Will definitely book again.

Great place for family ski getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house provided a great space for our family of 8 adults and 1 grandchild to enjoy skiing and relaxing! Each couple had their own bedroom and the open family space for eating and relaxing was perfect (just as described). We could walk (10-15 minutes)to Heavenly ski slopes or down to the village shops (but preferred someone to pick us up to avoid uphill walk). Relaxing in the hot tub after skiing was wonderful! Everything was clean and ready to use. Our 4WD Tahoe and GMC XL were too big to park in the garage, but both fit in the driveway. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House Near Heavenly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood close to Heavenly Gondola. The view was fantastic. You can see the lake from the dining room and skiers running down the slope from another room. There are plenty of rooms for a big group of people to stay comfortably. The team and staff are very quick to respond to any questions and issues you may have. We had a wonderful time in the house for the New Year. Thank you very much!

Christmas Family Ski Trip

Spacious, warm home, easy walking distance to Heavenly California base. Comfortably accommodated two families (9 adults), and had everything we needed, including fully equipped kitchen to support Christmas Dinner. The hot tub provided welcomed relief after full days on the slopes. And Himmel Haus (also right around the corner) was a huge treat on Christmas Eve!

With the 3 full bathrooms, it was a comfortable arrangement. We loved the beautiful views, the quite neighborhood and the closeness to the ski slopes of Heavenly Valley.
