Una ubicación muy tranquila en "Le Parc Vigier", una de las residencias más prestigiosas y solicitadas de Costa Azul con vista al mar y un maravilloso parque con exuberante vegetación llena de hermosos árboles y arbustos en flor. El casco antiguo con su famoso mercado abierto, restaurantes, tiendas y paseo marítimo está a solo unos minutos a pie. "Le Parc Vigier" está en demanda porque tiene hermosas vistas de la entrada del puerto de Niza, que siempre tiene un movimiento emocionante de barcos, yates y barcos. Aunque está en el puerto, con tantos restaurantes, tiendas y actividades a la vuelta de la esquina, ya que este apartamento está en el borde del parque, es muy tranquilo y silencioso. Te despiertas con el canto de los pájaros y los encantadores sonidos de la naturaleza, pero cruzas el parque y estás en el puerto y en el centro de Niza. Es un lugar perfecto. Ideal Accommodations

This apartment was excellent for it’s location but also excellent for comfort. When we were not out and about the apartment itself was excellent for relaxing. The furniture was very comfortable, the bed was very good and the balcony, with its nice table and chairs, had a beautiful view of the park and the sea and we enjoyed every meal out there. And the kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed. And the location itself was idea for us. The bus stop was less than one minuted from the gate. There were three beaches for swimming just across the street. The check in procedures went very well. the owner kept us well informed and the person who checked us in showed up exactly to the minute on time. This was our first time in Nice but if we visit here again, this will be the first apartment that we will be checking for availability. It met every expectation that we had for two weeks. Comfort and location.

Lovely Apartment

Great apartment, spacious and well equipped in a clean and quiet complex. Small supermarket and restaurants available around the port area. About 30 minutes walk to Nice centre. Good communication with the host and would recommend.

The lovely apartment is spacious, bed comfortable, and shutters that darken the bedroom at night.

It’s a great place to stay and roomy. A few small items such as towels, kitchen utensils, and decorated pillows could use upgraded but overall, it’s a great place near the Nice Port. Only downside is the view of the water is diminished because the shrubs are not trimmed back properly on the park side which is a disappointment. A beautiful area to stay but plan a lot of walking.

Couldn't be better

Definitely one of the best apartments we've ever stayed in. It's such a lovely and well kept home. Very clean and comfortable. It was a great place to land after long days traveling around the south of France. It's walking distance to restaurants, right by the water and also placed next to a very nice garden park. We really enjoyed dinner on the balcony looking out towards the water. It's about 15 min walk from Old Nice and 30-40 min walk from the center of Nice, but it's a lovely walk. My only caution is that it was sometimes difficult to book an Uber or Free Now, often drivers weren't avaialble. For those that came it usually took about 15-20 minutes. I recommend booking a driver when leaving for a flight to guarantee it comes on time. It was great to work with Lucien and Svitlana. They were both very responsive and accommodating of our flight changes, which was a very early departure. Lucien was also responsive when we experienced a small plumbing issue with the shower -- he solved it in a reasonable amount of time. We'd be honored to stay in this property again in the future.

A very NICE holiday

The property was all and more that it said on the website. On entering for the first time we were absolutely overwhelmed with the apartment it was spotless and very beautifully decorated with paintings etc. The kitchen was again excellent with all the units and implements needed for a successful self-catering holiday. The bedroom was also very tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable. The patio was a good size with a lovely views over the harbour and park and we used this daily for meals and drinks in the evening. This apartment is the best we have ever stayed in and will be recommended to our friends and family

Fantastic Experience!!!

Bottom Line: If you want a good “home base” to explore Le Cote D’Azur, and want a beautifully quiet and comfortable place to retire each evening, you would be hard pressed to find something better. Context: we came to Cote D’Azur for our honeymoon end of May 2022. Being a 2nd marriage for both of us, we wanted to have peace and quiet but be near interesting things. We rented a car. The apartment complex is gated; complex access and building doors controlled with a key fob. Complex is very quiet and clean. Approx. 25 minutes drive from NCE airport. Apartment has multiple deadbolts and an electric shutter system. Once the shutters go down, the only way you can tell if it’s light outside is to check your phone/watch. LOVE LOVE LOVE that feature. Svitlana had Rick Steve’s’ 13th edition of Nice on the console. Apartment has a bathroom with shower, and an additional water closet. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen has a gas range with hood, oven and microwave, and a very quiet dishwasher. Washer and dryer in the kitchen. Svitlana printed operating instructions for all appliances. Parking is first come, first served. Being there before the height of summer travel, we had no problems finding a space. Can’t vouch for that later in the summer season. Additional parking off site if necessary. We were on the 1st level with a balcony and kitchen door, right behind Parc Vigier, but the vegetation made it so no one could see in. The apartment complex is right across from the water. We saw cruise ships and large ferries moored alongside the quay. A small beach can be found there, but it is rocky. If you stay here, you MUST eat at Le Plongeoir!!! Across the street and a magnificent experience. Nice is a very walkable city (we walked 12-15 km every day) with a dizzying number of food and drink options everywhere. Too many to count and even the bad ones are good. The apartment has a Smart TV with Blu Ray (we never turned it on), and WiFi. Our favorite places in Nice: Le Plongeoir, Sawasdee (Thai), l’Ovale, Le Cafe Des Chineurs, Castle Hill, Shapko (jazz club). Great shopping - local merchants, Galeries Lafayette, Nicetoile (a mall) all over the place. Thanks Svitlana for a wonderful stay!

Perfect In Every Way.

Very clean, attractively decorated and well thought out apartment in a great location. My husband and I spent 8 days at the apartment. Well located for grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacy. 20 minutes from the airport. The apartment garden and view to the sea was wonderful. Up-scale kitchen utensils and cookware. Easy location to make day trips from. Went to St. Paul de Vence, Eze, Grassy and Verde Gorge. No problem reaching our on-site manager, Elodie and Lucien. Highly recommend this property.

Urlaub wie zuhause, nur in Nizza

Zu diesem Objekt ist in den anderen Bewertungen eigentlich alles gesagt. Trotzdem, da jeder seine eigenen Gewohnheiten hat, hier auch unsere Bewertung. Von der Wohnung selber über die Lage, den Kontakt und alle Details hatte der Aufenthalt alles, was ein Vermieter möglich machen kann. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet und verschafft in jedem Teilbereich den Eindruck, dass hier jemand eine Wohnung vermietet, in der er sich selber wohlfühlen würde, also nicht die klassische Ferienwohnung, die ausschließlich zu Vermietungszwecken zur Verfügung steht. Bis ins allerletzte Detail wurde hier auf Qualität geachtet. Dies beginnt bei den hervorragenden Betten, die im Urlaub sonst häufig zu wünschen übrig lassen, erstreckt sich über die Handtücher, die Einrichtung und endet noch lange nicht bei der Küche, in der man tatsächlich kochen und nicht nur aufwärmen kann. Von der Salatschleuder bis zum Austernbrecher ist hier alles vorhanden und selbst unsere Kochmesser, die wir aus Erfahrung immer mit in den Urlaub nehmen, können wir beim nächsten Mal zuhause lassen. Da auch die zentrumsnahe Lage sehr unseren Bedürfnissen zugute kommt, werden wir auf jeden Fall zurückkehren,

Oasis

Un très bel appartement. Parfaitement équipé, ce qui est rare. Dans un environnement calme et très beau tel une oasis. Et très bien situé. 2 petits bémols quand on est 2: un seul jeu de clef. Et pour garer la voiture dans la résidence, cela dépend des places libres restantes. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Top Lage

Schöne und ruhige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Gut ausgestattet, so dass man auch vernünftig selbst kochen kann. Lediglich die Parksituation ist nicht optimal, da immer alle Plätze in der Anlage belegt sind und man Glück braucht. Anreisende ohne Auto erreichen die Wohnung sehr gut mit dem ÖPNV.

This apartment is just perfect!, has top location, close to everything. Elegant with a terrific view

The property exceeded our expectations. It was elegant, quiet, nicely furnished, and had a large, modern kitchen. The washer and dryer were a big bonus too. It was great to wake up every morning and to view a beautiful park and the Mediterranean Sea just beyond the park. Stores and restaurants were a short walk away too. Public transportation was easily accessed. The Old Town neighborhood was about a 25 minute walk away. The property is located on the opposite side of the port from Old Town in a quiet residential area. Our host, Lucien, was gracious and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment in a great location.

We hesitate to recommend this apartment - not because it wasn't excellent [it was] but would rather not let this great secret out and then find it is harder to get a booking later. We have visited Nice on many occasions and this is without doubt one of the most comfortable and well appointed rentals that we have ever experienced. From the fully equipped kitchen to the availability of satellite TV with Netflix [and more] to the comfortable bed and the excellent shower there was nothing that we didn't enjoy. It was truly a home from home - not something that you can say about most tourist accommodation. With the number 38 bus on the doorstep we were only ever a few minutes from almost any part of the city. Our dealings with the owner were smooth and easy and Lucien, our local point of contact, was most helpful. The entire experience was five stars without doubt.
