## Notes

The appartment has been undergoing multiple improvements over the last months. The floor has been entirely renewed, the kitchen expanded, the AC is brand new, the windows are new and soundproofing, a full closet is about to be installed and currently replaced by hangers. The kitchen currently lack mirrors that will be installed shortly.

I would highly recommend doing your research before booking this property. There is a nightclub just below the unit that is open from 4 AM to 11 AM….every day minus Tuesday and Wednesday. We got zero sleep for this reason. Also, there is no privacy in the bedroom so if you have kids or other guests staying they can see right into your room. The mattress and linens were lacking. Location was great for access to Old Town, however the night club completely ruined this relaxing vacation for us.The communication however was great in accessing the apartment but overshadowed by the club alllllll niiiggt long…..

It was wonderful staying in the old part of Niece. Loved the high ceilings and great air conditioner. It was hot during my visit and coming back to a nice cool place helped me sleep very well! Quiet spot too.
