House was one of the best VRBO ‘s we have stayed in. It was well stocked in the kitchen with everything we needed. With small kids eating in is always a must and having those items to make a meal is so important. The backyard and screened in eating porch was fabulous.

Great stay!

Great property! Very clean. Beds and furniture layout was great for hanging out with a family. Everything worked as expected and we were really pleasantly surprised with how much the owners had for us to use (bicycles, yard games, beach toys). Had 4 stars on accuracy of listing as it wasn’t 5 bedrooms. One bedroom had queen and bunk beds and assuming they counted that as a fourth and fifth bedroom.

Was a great experience!

Our daughter accidentally locked the basement door in the evening and the management team did a great job responding quickly and getting it unlocked the same evening.

Relax and enjoy!

Had a relaxing family vacation in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of South Haven. Plenty of room for 9 of us to spread out. Enjoyed the front and back porch and screened in dining area attached to garage! Lovely flower garden all around the house. Small yard but perfect space to enjoy a camp fire with a big group. Just a few blocks from the water at Oak beach and under a mile to the large public north beach area. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay!!

This house is perfect for a large group. The location was ideal and we will definitely be back!! We enjoyed the extra outdoor space to eat and the fire pit at night. Great stay!!

Pleasant comfortable home and location

The home suited our family well. It's in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to a small beach (beach was always crowded). One problem, if the AC is turned up enough to make the upstairs comfortable, the basement is too cold, and if the basement is comfortable the upstairs is too warm. Potential renters should know the large table in a screened in porch seen in the pictures is separate from the house. Not a big deal but we hadn't realized that. All in all we had a great time and were pleased with the house

Very Nice

This house was perfect for our family of 11 (6 adults and 5 children). Everything was very nice and clean. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had most meals at home and the kitchen is fully stocked with nice cookware and dishes. Our only complaint would be the air conditioning...we would set the thermostat at a comfortable 70 degrees in the main living area and it was 64 degrees in the basement and 80 degrees upstairs. A dual thermostat would be nice but is very critical of a very nice property. Nice location in a quaint little town.

Lovey home with everything you need!

Oak haven is not to be missed! We easily fit 5 adults and 3 children... this place had room for more though! The kids bunk room in the basement was perfect for our young children. The screened in porch provided a lovely place to gather for meals. Oak street beach is a quick walk away and we walked to Captain Lou's for lunch. Downtown South Haven is walkable as well but we avoided the holiday crowds and cooked at home. Oak Haven provided everything we needed and more! We'd love to go back for another visit.
