Inside, you'll appreciate the open floor plan, complete with two King bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. All with a view of the backyard through the patio doors that open to a private patio. Lots of bedrooms / space to fit everyone comfortably and provide privacy (toddler under 2 in the mix as well). So close to the beach / downtown. Wonderful stay.

Nice place for a long weekend with family

Very clean, very good location, lots of comfortable beds that could handle a crowd of 10 for a long weekend. Probably our favorite place to rent in over 10 years of coming to South Haven.

The location of this property is excellent. The front patio was wonderful. the property was well supplied. While the bathrooms and kitchen were nice the living room and bedroom rugs needed a good cleaning.

Great house and location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is surprisingly big and was very clean and comfortable. Also, the front porch has a lake view, great for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail!

This property is in a great location. It is an older house that has clearly been modified to make it a rental. The challenge is that it says it sleeps 12, and it does, but it doesn’t quite feel like it is made for 12 people. The house overall is nice and a great place for a vacation. With that said, we were terribly disappointed with Beachwalk Properties - they are the management company. When we arrived the air conditioner was leaking. There were towels in the floor in the rooms in the lower level and fans blowing so they clearly knew about it but said nothing. We are talking about enough water to soak the area rugs, get our feet wet and soak the towels that were put down on the floor. I called three times before anyone did anything. They all said the right things on the phone but there was no action. On Saturday morning after our towels were all soaking wet and the water continued to run into the bedroom (the bedskirt was absorbing water) and we had heard nothing but “sorry” from Beachwalk we finally got ahold of Monica who was there in a matter of minutes. She brought a large bag of towels and said she would contact an HVAC company. She did and they arrived that night and fixed the problem. Unfortunately there was so much water that they said it would take a week for the water to dry up. We had wet floors and towels everywhere in the lower bedroom. Nobody ever checked back with us and we spent the week managing wet floors and washing/drying wet towels. Disappointed!

Great time in SoHa!

Annual ice breakers family gathering

This is our families 4th year of meeting in south haven for the ice breakers festival. We’ve stayed in VRBO homes each year and this one is by far our favorite!!! Bright, open layout, spacious living space and location is excellent. Thank you , we hope to be back!!!

Great, family ready house near the beach.

Lots of space for everyone to stay and have their own space. Clean, yes, though there will be some tufts of dog hair here and their (it is pet friendly, so that should be expected). Almost no sand anywhere (which was a big surprise, it is a beach house). It was a wonderful experience.

Perfect Getaway

Our group of five girlfriends loved this charming house! The location is two blocks from the lake with an unobstructed view of the lake from the driveway. The front porch setup was perfect for slow mornings of coffee and chatting. Everyone in our group said the beds were so comfortable, there was a bed type for everyone: firm, less firm and plush. As a group of mothers, we all slept very well on vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, curtains block out light perfectly, every room had a fan and the living room was comfy enough for all of us.
