This property was perfect for people and pets. The small fenced backyard was very convenient for letting the pups out without worrying about the need for leashes. The location is perfect and is in the middle of everything Charleston has to offer. The rental was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The property was nice for a couple. The location is convenient to things but not in a nice location. It is very close to traffic roundabout and next to fire station. It is pet friendly but has no grass space for dogs. Other than that it is very clean and a nice property.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and found the location convenient.
For future guests, we’d like to clarify that while there is a fire station nearby, the guesthouse is set back from the street and located a few houses away. The roundabout is also at the end of the street rather than directly adjacent to the property. We understand that location preferences vary from guest to guest.
As a pet-friendly property, we do provide outdoor space, though it is not a large grassy yard.
The guest house was perfect for us! Very quiet location but very close to restaurants and plenty of entertainment. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
This property was exactly what we were looking for. In Mount Pleasant across the river from downtown Charleston, was the perfect location to get to everywhere just a couple minutes from Patriots Point not too far from Folly Beach Downtown Charleston we were able to see everything we wanted to see from there. I would highly recommend it to anybody who wants to stay there. And everything that you could think of needing was made available to us.
Very cute guest house, as described! Comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Loved the nice, thick bath towels!! Only issues were not receiving the check-in information on time, (which was supposed to be automatically sent at a certain time but there was a technical glitch) which was quickly taken care of once reaching out to the host, and the surprise of seeing the narrow driveway back to the guest house. (Having a large truck, it did require folding the side mirrors in and having someone navigate the driver.)
Originally from Michigan, but love to travel. My love for travel started in my 20s and I've stayed in private rentals all over the world. I have met some of the kindest hosts that I hope to see again some day and inspire to be one of those!

What makes this property unique
My guest house is far enough away from my main property that it feels completely private, but close enough in case you need something ASAP.
