Very nice clean condo in a great location.

We did a lot of walking. Walked the strip several times as well as the Gatlinburg trail out to Cataract Falls. Condo was clean. The carpet had been replaced. The green carpet in the pictures is gone.

Bridge girls annual trip

We enjoyed dinner at Calhoun which has the best pork chops ever, and dinner at The best Italian. Luigi’s has really good pizza too.

Great Accommodations & Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only TINY issue was that the lights in the parking garage and along the walkways go out before it is daylight. We left, I think, between 6:45 and 7:00 AM and it was pitch black. Only suggestion is that timers be changed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. My daughter, granddaughter, son and daughter-in-law took a vacation together. I hadn't seen my son and daughter-in-law for 3 years. They live in Virginia. It was wonderful to see them, and it was also wonderful to have such a nice place for all of us to stay. The only problem we had was with the second bed in the guest room, very uncomfortable, and the shower in the first bathroom, no water pressure.

Nice place to stay!

We have beem coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 years and the place we used to stay was not being kept up. I liked the fact that you can see the unit you are renting before making the reservation. This unit was clean and well maintained. Check-in was a breeze and the gentleman was very helpful. The large balcony and the river running by we great!

Mattresses and sofas need to be updated. Exhaust fans and shower light in master bath not working. The only issues we had but nothing major. Outside railings and stairs at the property need cleaned. Cobwebs and spider webs. Main thing was the cleanliness of the unit. Enjoyed our stay very much. Also the free country tonight tickets were an added bonus! Thank you

Park Place is our "home" when we visit Gatlinburg

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Park Place Condos are always clean. The units are roomy, and all have balcony's overlooking the river. Our kitchen was reasonably well stocked with pots and pans. We usually cook most of our meals while in Gatlinburg rather than eating out. We've stayed here for decades and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

I just wish that they had a tv in the second bedroom my mom and sister were up nightly in the living room fighting for the tv lol needs to be a tv in both bedrooms we are returning 10/27 and honestly staying someplace else because of that and no indoor pool. However id probably return in e summertime and I suppose bring an extra TV along?
