Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen. El baño principal como un paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. Fortunately someone was still inside to let us back in. This poses a serious problem if everyone is on the patio.

The only thing I would have changed is the furnishings. The furnire was old and outdated. The bed wasn’t arthritis friendly as the mattress was extremely hard. Other than that, we loved it. Hidden Gem

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose Park Place because it accommodated our needs -- no stairs and two beds in the second bedroom. It's an older facility which has been nicely updated. Only four-stars because shower in primary bathroom needed attention, but everything else was more than satisfactory. PP is conveniently located, the unit was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly and courteous. PP will be our go-to place for visits to Gatlinburg.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Balcony and view were nice. New microwave, coffee maker. Sheets were thread bare and pillows old and flat. No head board on bed. All bathroom fixtures were old and corroded. Could not tell hot from cold. Shower door hard to open. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Kitchen sink leaked and dirty underneath. Carpet dirty and needed replaced.

We're Back Again

A little disappointed

We were in 207. The condo is located in a great spot. The river off of the balcony is awesome. The inside of the condo is dated. The furniture is old. The beds were not great but we have had worse. The pillows were not good. The cabinets in kitchen and baths are old. The drains in the bathroom were rusty. I had read reviews that some of the condos were outdated and I asked twice if 207 had been updated and both times was told that 207 was good. It hasn't been updated.

The jets in the whirlpool tub in the main bedroom splashed water everywhere, and was not working properly. Maintenance was called, but no one ever came. The screen door in the living room was off the track, and would not go back on. Some dishes in cupboards were dirty. No hand towels in kitchen. There was mold around the door to the master bedroom shower. Minimal bath towels provided.

That same evening something was leaking in the master bedroom Bath. The calking around the base was chipped away in places it was that old. The Lady was very nice and accomidating.
