Looking to get away? Come relax in this creekside condo or use it as your home base to get out and explore Gatlinburg and the beautiful Smoky Mountains. My favorite spot is Cades Cove, such a pretty drive filled with some incredible history.

We invite you to stay in our condo located less than a mile walk to the Parkway..or you can grab the trolley. You can come for the excitement of the summer (have you checked out the longest suspension bridge in North America?!), stay for the changing fall colors or watch the snow fall in the winter. I love to cook so this kitchen is great for making a fabulous meal. I even have an ice cream maker there for you to enjoy. It will be ready for you to cook away! Or if you prefer, joyfully spread all those takeout containers across the counter while your family or guests sit in one of the chairs at the counter or the dining room table.

Enjoy the gas fireplace while the air gets crisp outside or take a swim in the pool during warm summer months. At the end of the day take your pick between the two bedrooms...one has a king bed and the other has two queen beds. For those with a baby, there is a pack n' play and portable highchair available.

No smoking or vaping anywhere in the condo. All smoking needs to be downstairs. Fees...I don't like them but gotta have them just as precaution

Wonderful stay with good proximity to the strip in Gatlinburg. The mattress in the master needs replaced, memory foam has lost its appeal to us. For a short stay the kitchen was stocked well enough if we had stayed longer it needs more.

The whole stay was wonderful. We enjoyed every minute we were there. We got to relax and hear the sounds of the creek below, which was so relaxing. We cooked most of our meals there and had everything we needed except a crockpot and I brought mine with me. We would definitely stay again.

Such a great place. Spacious & clean. We could see and hear the creek from the balcony. So soothing. Super close to the Gatlinburg strip. This place is everything you're looking for in a vacation.

This property was both spacious and incredibly clean. The creek sounds and view add an extra level of relaxation, and we so enjoyed spending time as a family playing the provided board games on the balcony.

We’lil be back!

Fantastic location! Everything you need is in this condo. Parking is a breeze! Luggage racks are located in the parking garage! Their place is spacious clean and well kept! My only hang up is the king size bedroom, the memory foam is really wore out and then you lay on it you sink to the bottom. We both had a very hard time sleeping. Kids had no complaints with their beds! Ages 21, 18, 14, 11! My son found all the puzzles and toys in the cabinet! Spent most of the time in the creek in the back, saw a bear in the parking lot across the street! In short my family LOVED this condo! We will absolutely be back.

Great for family vacation

The unit was beautiful and in a great spot! Close to everything but also quiet with a lovely stream next to it! Pool was great for the kiddo. The unit itself was a great size! Would definitely stay againz

Perfection in Gatlinburg

This condo was perfection in every way. Location was great, just off of the main street, with a creek just below our large deck. Cleanliness was impeccable. The condo was very roomy with a layout that was the best 2 bedroom we have stayed in. Furnishings looked almost new and beds were very comfortable. Olivia was easy to work with and provided all the info need. Kitchen was well furnished with everything you could need. Just Perfect! We will stay here next time we are in Gatlinburg.

Nice stay

Although our stay was cut short by a day due the imminent arrival of Hurricane Helene, the place was great. We had a minor problem with the bed, but it was taken care of promptly. The view from the balcony and the sound of the roaring creek was lovely. Thanks.

Very clean. Can use some updates. Lots of room. Close to downtown. Master bath was difficult to get in and out for shower. Nice large balcony overlooking creek.

Wonderful family trip

The condo was just as described. It was clean, well appointed and close to the gatlinburg main drag. We had no troubles with check in or the property. We had everything that was needed for a relaxing family trip. We would stay here again. Only items that are maybe mentionable would be thevpool is smaller than I anticipated. It is clean and supplied well with chairs but 10 people would be a comfortable max limit. The washer and dryer present a slight echo, so i would wash in the day time to keep it quiet. The tub jets are somewhat loud also. However, these things wpuld NOT keep me from renting again. The host is wonderful, and you cant ask for a cleaner or roomier place to call home for a week

We love this condo because it is close enough to town that it is easy to get to during the day, and not difficult to get to at night. The location close to town also ensures roads are maintained during crazy weather. Our favorite feature of this condo is the balcony. My youngest child took the longest nap of his life on that balcony because the sound from the water below is that peaceful :)

Probably the most frequent comment I get from past guests is how spacious the condo is. We also manage the property ourselves so you will be communicating with an individual that cares about the guest and the condo and not a management company.
