Perfect Condo

My family and I rented the condo for a week. There was 6 of us and a dog. The condo was beautiful, clean and there was more than enough room for all of us. I look forward to booking again next yr!

Awesome

Everything listed about the property was 100% true. The view of the bay is breath taking, location is great. The property owner called when the place was available earlier than expected. It felt like home. I plan on staying here again.

Excellent experience!

The unit was very clean and as advertised. Eric was very accessible and communicated to us that our unit was available to check in hours before the original checking time. My family and I had a fantastic time and will absolutely try to get this unit the next time we are in Ocean City.

Spectacular Views

Seven of us stayed in this modern and updated condo . Plenty of room for 7 adults and a dog . Condo was clean and fully equipped with everything you need (kitchen needs, washer , dryer, reserved spots for parking ) . Views from the large balcony were magical and unforgettable. We spent many hours just watching the boats , tiki boats bars and jet skies passing by. Eric was great he let us check in early and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed . Location was great so close to everything (boardwalk , Dunkin, many restaurants) . Great 4th of July week !

Great location, fantastic owner!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This is a great location right on the bay! Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, a nice easy stroll! The condo has a lot of room for a larger group with a nice open floor plan in the kitchen/living room area which leads right out to the large deck over the dock! Did I mention you have a full dock to fish from or dock a boat if you bring one?? The owner, Eric, is a wonderful host who is very easy to contact. He reached out to me personally before and immediately after my trip to make sure all was well! We will be staying here again in the future!

We love Ocean City and stayed Bayside for the first time in over 30 years… and enjoyed the location, neighbors and communications with the owner. Thank you for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!

Nice Bayside Experience

Nice and quiet. Exactly what we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach and even to a couple of nearby stores for items we forgot or needed. The owner called to check in with us to see if all was well when we arrived. It was a very pleasant stay.

On the Bay

The condo was lovely. So much to watch and see on the bay from the nice sized balcony. The area was residential and quiet at night, which was great. Lots of great restaurants around. The condo was centrally located so it was very easy to get to everything. We were in walking distance of many things too, but especially the beach. The owner was gracious and very accommodating and checked into make sure we had what we needed. It was appreciated. All in all, a great condo and a great place. I would only stay on the bay as it is the best!

Great spot, fantastic views, short walk to the beach

Unit is very clean, and had plenty of space to sleep 7 adults. Kitchen has everything you need, and good quality, too. Deck has a fantastic view overlooking the bay—easy to lose time watching the boats pass. Overall, quiet and peaceful, with only a 10-minute walk to the beach/boardwalk.

Unexpected gem!! Photos don't show how nice this place is!!!

We booked this place last minute online. We needed a boat slip and it had one. The photos looked nice online but do not compare to how nice it really is. The bed spreads were all new and pretty blue beach patterns. The rooms were perfect for our boys! It's a nice neighborhood and a great place on the water. Its a small cove of the bay where large boats can pass through, but you can paddle board right out your back dock to several sand bars. Lots to see right from the balcony. The owner Eric was great. He called to see that we got in ok and asked if we had any questions. Great unexpected find!!

Great location right on the bay with boat slip included. Communication from owner is outstanding. Pet friendly which is difficult to find. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Views and great Boating location.

90 year old grandmother could have stayed on the balcony forever watching the boats come and go all day. The view of the whole bay during the day and the distant lights of Ocean CITY at night was the ultimate of Serenity. The local neighbors all had pets and treated the animals like family. The property inside was decorated with painted crab shells and lighthouses reminding the family they were on a beach vacation. Very clean residence. Boating access to restaurants and refueling was centrally located in the bay north and south. Thank you for a great week !

Very nice, quiet and clean condo with a great view. We could relax on the deck and watch the boats pass by. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Place for a family of muliple generations

We had 3 generations with us on vacation at this property and it worked great for us. Short walk- 10 minutes to the 27th street beach and the end of the boardwalk, where you can get a tram to the other end. Beach location was great, not to crowded. Walking distance to many restaurants and activities for everyone.- within 5-7 blocks. Views from the balcany where fantastic. Where able to fish right off the dock and watch the boats come and go all day. There is a sand bar in the middle of the bay that you can float on a raft over to and walk around. Condo was nicely appointed in a beach theme and we had enough kitchen accessories to cook on the nights we didn't want to go out. It was great having a dishwasher too. Quite, off the beaten path, but close enough that we didn't have to drive every time we wanted to go out to eat or to the beach. 2 1/2 miles to the other end of the boardwalk made it a nice evening stroll to get ice cream and enjoy the sights. Would definitely come back again! Thank you Eric for sharing your home with us.

Another wonderful stay at an awesome condo!!

We just returned from another great vacation at this property. As always, it was clean and inviting. The views are spectacular and the balcony is wonderful. This is our second year at this property and have already asked to book again next year. Eric is always available for questions and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

I highly recommend renting this place. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking. The view from balcony is awesome especially at night. Short walk to restaurants and stores. The owner Eric is a very nice person and was quick to respond with any questions I had. Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful condo with great views

My family stayed here recently and were very pleased with this condo. The condo sits directly on the bay which you can see from the living room and the master bedroom. Both have sliding doors to the large deck. It was clean and comfortable. We really liked the keyless entry which made it easy for everyone to access. It included a large parking space, which could probably fit 2 cars. The owner was very easy to get a hold of if you had any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo, but you need a car to access the beach and boardwalk unless you don't mind a 15 min walk, especially when it is very hot.
