This condo is on the 1st floor putting you right on boardwalk where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the beach and the waves breaking on the sand from your private large Oceanfront balcony . You are also situated in the great location on the boardwalk to enjoy and access all the beach attractions without jumping in the car . View the sunrise in the morning with your 1st cup of coffee, while watching the bikes and joggers that are out for an early morning spin to the sounds of the crashing of the waves. Master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors going out to the very large 24' balcony Where you are able to enjoy all the fantastic Oceanfront views and sounds of the boardwalk and ocean.The Master Bedroom has a large king bed and a private full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a private door to the 2nd full bath. There is another room in the back of the condo that has a pull out queen couch bed and there is a pullout folding sliding wall that can turn the room into a 3rd Bedroom when needed. There also are 2 large couches in the living rm and 1 of them is another queen pull out couch.

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

Ocean City has been a long standing family tradition. The Regency is the perfect spot. Unit was spacious and very clean!

Family of 4 (2 adults 2 adult kids) stay over long weekend for Oceans Calling. Host could not have been more accommodating, responded quickly to all communications and went above and beyond with our few requests to make sure our stay was great. The unit was exactly as advertised. Very clean, including all linens and towels, bathrooms, kitchen and patio. Bathrooms were well stocked with all necessities and plenty of towels. Kitchen was spacious, clean and well stocked, including multiple pots/pans, dinnerware and flatware. Bedrooms were as described with comfortable beds, plenty of pillows and blankets. Although we were not at the unit much because, well, it was Oceans Calling, we felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a boardwalk front condo!

A very nice place to stay

A very nice property. Simple, clean and well laid out. Loved the kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and well stocked items. The only negative item worth noting is the sliding door and tracks are bit stiff making it hard to go onto the balcony. And with this being a first level unit, we tend to open and close the sliding doors a bit more than in upper units. Overall, a very nice place to stay!

A very inviting and comfortable condo! We were surprised by condo, it was better than we thought it would be! A very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, sheets and soft towels! We had a few minor “hiccups” but Bruce was quick to respond and help us with the problems! We all agreed that we would totally stay here again!! Thanks for helping add to our fabulous week of vacation!!!!!

: A Perfect Oceanfront Condo

I will preface this review that I very seldom if any rate a vacation rental a 10, but this condo deserves a 10+++. From the moment we arrived at the beautiful oceanfront condo, we knew we were in for a treat. The spacious living room with comfortable furniture became our favorite gathering spot, providing warmth and comfort after our daily adventures. The kitchen was a delight, equipped with everything we needed to whip up gourmet meals, and the welcome bucket was a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Each bedroom was immaculately clean and adorned with comfortable bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The en-suite bathrooms boasted modern fixtures and were stocked with plush towels and high-quality toiletries. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the private balcony, where we sipped our morning coffee as the sun rose over the ocean. Our host, Bruce, was the epitome of hospitality. His prompt and friendly communication made the booking process a breeze. We leave with beautiful memories and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near the ocean. We can’t wait to return!
