This house was a perfect spot for our large family vacation. 16 people slept comfortably. Plenty of space to gather together and plenty of space to separate to read, etc. Loved being able to walk to the river. Media room is a huge bonus!!! Adults and kids both enjoyed this property. Highly recommend.

Our family of 15 had a wonderful time at Wellriver! Plenty of room for all of us to gather comfortably. We had some rain so the game room and movie theater was well used. Everyone enjoyed spending time in the river and all the local activities. We will definitely consider this place again.

This property is so beautiful we had an excellent time with our little birthday getaway. House was clean and the games down stairs was the fun of the house. My husband and friends enjoyed every game. Tory was very quick in communication and check in with us to make sure we having a fantastic time which we did. Overall best place for a nice moment with a big family. Will book again. Thanks Tory and the team for hosting us.

The house was clean; even better than in the pictures. We had 18 people from 8 months to 80 years old, 3 generations of our family. We enjoyed the game room and the river, even thought it was still cold. We also hiked in the nearby mountains.

The host was very helpful and quick to reply when we had questions. The house was perfect for our gathering, massive kitchen with everything we needed and lots of space to be together as well as plenty of bedrooms for private space. After each one of us arrived and got the tour, we all said the same thing ... this place is AWESOME!

Amazing property! Was perfect for my husband’s 60th birthday! Enough room for all our adult children and their children. 10 adults and 8 children! Everyone loved the theater room and the pool table. Tori was very responsive and a wonderful host! I would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay for a Large Group

This house was exactly what we were looking for with a large party of 20 people. Plenty of space, beautiful yard, and amazing accommodation with private river access in the beautiful NH mountains.

Beautiful property and spacious home in the White Mountains

Wonderful property with plenty of beds for the whole group! The kitchen had everything we need for a huge group dinner, and the basement game room kept us entertained all weekend!

Great place, good location and wonderful amenities

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Given that the attraction around the place were closed due to weather or maintenance reasons, the house was a perfect place to stay with all the amenities for our 3 day stay. The hosts were very prompt and accommodating. Thank you.

Family Ski Weekend to Loon and Cannon

This property was perfect for our family which consisted of both children (ages 1-10) and adults. The location was close to 93 and provided access to both Loon (closest) and Cannon....allowing my grandchildren the opportunity to experience both ski resorts. The accommodations were comfortable, many bathrooms, a great game room downstairs for the kids, and very few demands at checkout - all of which made for a fun experience.

We had such a wonderful weekend at this property! The house was incredibly spacious — one of the first places we’ve stayed that truly accommodated our large family gathering comfortably. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and full of fun activities for everyone to enjoy. The kids especially loved the foosball table and the movie theater setup!We also took a short trip to North Woodstock for an outing and had a great time there too. There was a nice playground for the little ones, a retro arcade for the older kids, and even a bar for the parents — something for everyone!Overall, we highly recommend this property for large families or groups looking for a fun, comfortable, and activity-filled getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Unforgettable Mountain Retreat!

This place is amazing! There were 15 of us staying for a long weekend (10 Adults, 4 kids 2-6, 1 infant) and it was one for the books. There is so much to do in the house, and so much space for everyone, you really don't ever need to leave! We enjoyed many nights out by the firepit, rainy afternoons playing pool & foosball in the basement, and sunny mornings splashing around down by the river! The kitchens have everything you would need for cooking, the deck was big with tons of seating, and there were more rooms & beds than we could even use. Our only regret was not inviting more people! Tory was a fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating for all of our requests, and even provided us with a list of favorite spots in the area! We would 100% stay here again, and would love to be back soon!

Family trip

Thank you so much we made some great memories! The whole process on Vrbo was smooth. Communication with the host was excellent.! Check in was a breeze. The game room was a blast! We used the fire pit one night, which was really nice. Had a couple of minor issues with two TVs, not working correctly, but they seemed to be corrected after speaking with the host. The house itself could be cleaned a little better. Cobwebs on light fixtures and in corners. Spoke with the host said they would speak with the cleaners. Overall, we had a great time. Would definitely stay there again. We love the area short drive to Lincoln which has some nice restaurants, pizza Enzo's , and Mexican food

We had a great stay overall (4.35/5 star) !!Pros:The host was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay.They kindly accommodated a complimentary one-hour late checkout, which was a huge help for our large group with kids and infants (since the 10 a.m. checkout time can be a bit early).Extra dishwashing soap was provided during our stay, which was thoughtful and helped keep the kitchen clean and hygienic.The game room is spacious and fun—perfect for gathering the whole group together.The patio setup with the BBQ grill and firepit is conveniently located and great for evening hangouts or a bonfire.Cons:The garage had some trash left behind by previous guests, which caused a slight odor upon arrival. (maybe due to trash collection only on one day of the week)There were no starter supplies of body soap or shampoo in any of the bathrooms, which was a bit inconvenient.The kitchen paper towels and napkins were just enough to get started (accurately mentioned in the listing), so it’s worth bringing extra if you’re traveling with kids.Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-equipped property for large groups, and with a few small improvements, it could easily be a five-star stay!

This place was incredible. We were here for a reunion trip with 4 families, kids ranging from 1-11 and everyone had an incredible time. The kids loved the basement (especially the movie theater!) and the bunk room (which was perfect with its half bath!). They had tons of games stocked at the house including board games and cards. We did smores every night at the fire pit, we saw BALD EAGLES in the pond while we were just sitting around in chairs enjoying the view. The river was so much fun, wish we had brought some tubes/floats but the kids loved building sand castles and rock forts and catching little frogs and “fording” the river. House was perfect for adults too with tons of space and multiple rooms with king beds and en suites, my husband and I stayed in the queen bed in the in law suite and our kids were in the bunk room and it was perfect :) also loved that the whole house has night lights built in which I’ve never seen before and was amazing and so thoughtful! the house also has a great location. We did lost river gorge, kancamagus highway, Clark’s bears, echo lake beach, flume gorge and all were so fun and only 10-15 minutes drive. We also did cog railway which was about a 45 min drive but so much fun. Tons of local eateries and amazing candy stores as well! Loved how well stocked the house was with all the essentials. Truly could not imagine a more perfect place for a large gathering of family/friends; tons of core memories made!!
