By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to all listing details, house rules, including the separately attached Additional House Rules document. Please review all materials carefully prior to booking.

• Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained pets allowed if included on reservation, leashed outdoors, crated when alone, and kept off beds and furniture. Guests are responsible for all cleanup.
• Starter cleaning and paper goods provided. Please bring firewood and additional supplies as needed.
• Driveway plowed and front steps shoveled for storms over 2". Town plows road on their schedule. 4WD recommended in winter.
• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No additional guests beyond reservation occupancy.
• Private dirt road cannot accommodate large trucks or buses.
• Trash must fit in provided bins. Recycling is limited locally; guests may sort and transport recycling if desired.
• Main level bedrooms and bunk room are air conditioned. In-law bedroom has window AC. Lower level typically stays cool but is not air conditioned.
• Travel insurance strongly recommended. We must follow cancellation policy and cannot refund for weather, outages, illness, or events outside our control.
