Tranquility Shores is a `Beach Themed` property nestled along a Gulf access canal with a boat lift and captain`s walk perfect for fishing, boating and just lounging by the water. The outdoor lanai is fully screened with a BBQ grill, heated pool and plenty of floats and pool toys to enjoy. The indoor living space has plenty of room to lounge and the kitchen is well stocked to allow for easy dining and meal prep. There is even a Ping-Pong table in the garage to add hours of fun to your vacation. Nestled in an upscale residential neighborhood and minutes away from shopping and many dining options.

No Smoking indoors.
Any pets must be approved by owners and subject to non-refundable pet fee.
Solar Pool Cover must be in place when pool is not in use.

Absolutely perfect vacation home – Wonderful Host

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in Cape Coral during our vacation in July. From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was outstanding. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful with every question we had – both before and during our stay.The house itself was spotless and exactly as described. The screened lanai was our favorite place to relax, especially in the evenings. The pool was clean and refreshing.The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and we appreciated the great location - close to shopping, dining, and the water. Whether you're looking to explore the area or just relax at home, this place has everything you need.We can’t thank the host enough for their exceptional hospitality. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway!

Lovely pool home in a quiet neighbourhood

Great house in an excellent location.House is beautifully and tastefully furnished.Lanai and pool area need work but is planned to commence shortly."Complimentary TV streaming" is not quite right - you have to sign up with Hulu which we refused to do.Tattaina was an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble.Surpringly for the size of the home there were only 3 glasses - yes plenty of plastic ware - but only 3 wine glasses - the owner apparently thinks that is enough !!!We had friends visiting so it was Tattiana to the rescue with more wine glasses from her own home !!!Well done Tattiana.
