The neighbors dogs barks a lot in the evening. Besides that the place is nicely equipped and clean. The tv in the master bedroom has no hook up. The bathroom in the hall, the toilet valve leaks. We had a very nice time!!! P.S. the grill tank was low and Sylvia returned our phone call promptly telling us a new bottle was in the garage. Thank you!!!

Week stay

Nice house. Plenty of space. Fully equipped. Enjoyed our week there. Was chilly so pool was too cold being unheated. Great place. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Perfect for the four of us and fenced yard for dogs - a real plus. Dishwasher and laundry facilities are always nice.Comfortable bedrooms - the pool is in a screened Lanai but it was too cold to swim. Property is nice and in quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Great stay

It was a nice place. A little out dated but overall a nice place.

Overall this was a nice place to stay. They had everything we needed for a basic stay. A bit too far from others that were in our group as I didn't realize it would take 25 to 30 minutes to go 8 miles. By no means a property default.

Home away from home

Was a very nice house. Quiet neighborhood. The owls were cool to see. Beds super comfortable. Grocery stores, beach, ice cream not to far away. Would definitely book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was great. They supplied us with all kitchen utensils needed, cups, plates. Loved the quietness of the neighborhood. The owls were awesome to see. We saw so many owls within the block of the house. The beds were so comfortable.

Cape Coral home

Check in was easy. Communication with property manager was great. We had a couple of issues and she took care of them quickly. House was a bit older but clean. Glass doors need new rollers as they were hard to open. Home was supposed to have Xfinity for tvs but it wasn’t working. No tvs in bedrooms. Location was good. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Ok stay here’s more for adults only

The house was clean and in a nice neighborhood.The check in was great and smooth.However, the pool was ice cold and my kids could not swim because their lips would turn blue and they would shake. If I was more diligent and knew this prior to booking, I would absolutely decline to stay here. I think it is overpriced for not being able to swim. There isn’t much for the kids to do besides the pool. We watched tv using our Netflix account. There aren’t any board games or local activities for children. So for older adults, it will be fine. Kids and teens- I highly recommend not staying.

Cape Coral pool house rental

We throughly enjoyed our time in this lovely house. It’s physical location was handy to get to and close to lots of amenities. It was very spacious and we enjoyed have lots of room to spread out. We were able to close doors and contain our pups on a tile floor when we went out. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Having a garage was great and the corn hole game and bike were great to have as well. The outdoor area was spacious and the pool was great. Having 2 lounge chairs and a patio table as well as an outdoor tv were all well used. It was also nice to have a fenced yard but there were a few escape areas that our pups found. We were very happy with the vacation rental and would definately stay there again. The Evolve contact was very easy to get a hold of and replied back very quickly.

Spring Break

Overall great property and good neighborhood. Plenty of space. Minimal home decor to be concerned about with young kids. Some issues with the cable TV's, property manager had it serviced but issue continued. Not too big of an issue for us since streaming services still worked but one elderly family member would have liked to have network/cable working. Private pool was biggest reason for picking this rental. Even though it was hitting 75-80 degrees during the day, morning temps where around 50-60. The pool was a bit cold since it was not heated or covered. Still used it quite a bit. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend!

Pool was the best part

The home was beautiful the pool was down far the best part of the stay! When we checked in we noticed a lot of issues with the home as in with it not being cleaned well! There was stains and hair on the sheets and hair in the floors. Food in the refrigerator and open bars of soap people had used in the shower left in the showers! The grill needed to be cleaned really badly it caught fire and started smoking to where we had to open the doors to the outside area and not be out there because it was so bad! The neighbors had people working on there home so it was kinda loud in the mornings but not to bad. I just know family’s like me paying this much for a stay and it not being cleaned is kinda a shame!!!! I had to wash and dry all the sheets and blankets and reclean the floors and bathrooms.

Love this place!

We absolutely loved this place! I would really like to know what kind of bed is in the master bedroom because I would like to purchase one for my own home! I slept better on it than I do in my own bed. The house is fantastic and had everything we needed to cook a full meal, etc. the pool was clean and deep enough to have fun. The house was in a great location and the neighborhood was quiet. The ac was ice cold and the rooms all had fans. We didn’t really use the tvs as we were to busy at the beach. The laundry room was great and we took full advantage of it. The property contacts were great and even allowed us to check in a couple hours early. I really can’t say enough and plan to rent this place again if its still available.

Home away from home

This property was amazing! The beds were super comfortable. The bedding nice and new. Pillows were great. Pool was so nice and refreshing. Loved the screened in lanai! We didn’t watch tv but appreciated the wifi. Close to downtown and 40 minutes to fort Myers beach. We rented a boat from Salty Sams and went to lovers beach area. Best vacation!! Thanks so much
