-Wireless high- speed internet, cable tv, telephone.

-Check-in 4:00pm | Check-out 10:00am

-Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, nightstands, dresser, and closet.

-Bathroom is very functional and has bath towels for 4, a set of 4 beach towels, toiletries, and hand soap.

-Living/Dining room has TV, Sofa that PULLS OUT TO A BED, coffee table, gas fireplace, and a dining room table.

-NOTE: Sofa bed is a typical pull out. You are welcome to bring your own foam pad or air mattress. A limited number of Air mattresses are also available at the office on a first-come first-serve basis.

-Kitchen is fully equipped including: dishes, cups, silverware, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, blender, drip coffee maker, baking pans, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, and much more.

-Quarter operated Washer and Dryer (common/not in unit) are available at the resort.

-You are welcome to bring your own kayaks, canoes, rafts, ect. Please store and secure them them in the area in front of the game room or in/on your car.

-Winter is generally November through May. The resort is located at a high elevation. Please plan accordingly and check the weather before you travel.

(via Mt Rose Hwy | Interstate 80 is another route.)

~113 miles from Sacramento (about 2 hrs w/o traffic)

~8 miles from North Star ski resort

~8 miles from Diamond Peak ski resort

~0 miles from Lake Tahoe
