We will not be present on the property during your visit but are readily available via the messaging app should you need any assistance or local recommendations. We will provide you with a printed house manual and digital guidebook to help answer any questions that may come up.
Our charming cottage is nestled on a quiet street in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just a short drive or walk from the beach! In the winter, you’re just minutes from Northstar, Palisades, and Diamond Peak, offering world-class skiing. This cozy retreat is the perfect year-round getaway!
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities, including the fully fenced backyard and hot tub. A couple of owner's closets will remain locked. For your convenience, a Tesla EV charging station is available for your use (preferably at night).

Parking is limited to 2 cars in the driveway. Parking On the Street is Prohibited Year Round.

To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Driveway: Our driveway is gravel and on a slope. Please be prepared to park on an incline, and in the winter months we recommend 4WD or snow tires.
- Hot Tub: The custom cedar hot tub is professionally cleaned weekly and between each guest stay. The natural cedar wood can sometimes give the water a harmless green tint, which does not affect water quality or cleanliness.
- Climate Control: Like most homes in Tahoe, we do not have air conditioning. We provide a portable fan for the lower level and ceiling fans in both upstairs bedrooms. The home does not have central heating, but the electric fireplace and provided space heaters keep it very warm and toasty in the winter.
- Outdoor Furniture: Please be aware that outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter months, typically from October to May.
- Mountain Life: Dust and pollen can accumulate quickly on outdoor furniture. The BBQ and other outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter (typically October- May).
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
