My family and I have stayed at this hotel for the last 10 years. This was our first time in a different condo. The owner was very quick at responding and answering the phone. We had a problem with a cleaner but he resolved it very quickly. The keypad on the door had ended up dying and he was very quick to find and solution and get it fixed.

Family vacation 2025

Great condo and the owner was a breeze to work with. Elevators could be a little slow at peak times such as Saturday check in time or when everyone decides to leave the beach at the same time. I would stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Nice place. Kitchen could use better pans and accessories. Loved the location. Elevators were slow and 3 days in went down to just one.

Fun Beach

Check in was easy. The condo showed some age but was well kept. The view was wonderful with great sunsets. The location was excellent. James was very helpful with any concerns we had. We would stay there again.

Family visit

Three of us stayed a week for our niece’s wedding in Panama City. The condo was a wonderful home base for local activities, convenient for shopping and very comfortable for hanging out and watching the beach views. We would love to come back!

Blessing in Time of Need

Had to evacuate our condo in Daytona Beach due to hurricane Milton and was blessed to find this nice condo right on the beach in PCB. Location and price was perfect since it was in the middle of everything but away from the busy attractions. Communication with James was great he answered all of the questions I had about checking in and WiFi connection. Was a nice ending to a rough starting week. James cared about our satisfaction with the place and listened to all suggestions, would definitely stay again.

Nice condo and very clean!

Great place to stay. Only issues was elevator was down 2 days but that’s par for the course on most of the condos sometimes. And during prime time summer and spring dates parking will be an issues! Not a lot of parking and very tight spaces for larger vehicles like trucks and larger SUV. But overall great place to stay!

Great location, needs some updates

The owner was very easy to get in touch with but might need to hire a new cleaner. We found trash under one of the beds, on the balcony, and the carpets could probably use a good shampoo. There were toothpaste stains in the master sink as well. The internet also didn’t work. Some of the amenities may also need updating, we always use the kitchens and utensils provided but would not let someone use them if they were at our house. Might just be time for an upgrade. But overall a good stay!

Beachfront Paradise!

The condo was beachfront with the best view possible, including a very large balcony. We were able to chose a private code to enter the room, so we were never afraid that someone else had our code. The condo was very clean, lots of room, and the beds were comfortable. The grandchildren slept on the new Murphy Bed in the living room and loved it. Our communications with the owner, James Baker, were exceptional! He quickly answered our questions and resolved an issue we had with the door code. I would highly recommend this unit/owner rental to anyone wanting a relaxing time at the beach.

Great condo

The condo is in a perfect location. The beach is not as crowded as some parts of PCB. The patio is really big and offers great views. The beds are all VERY comfortable. I suffer from chronic back issues and was pleasantly surprised that I woke up with less pain than from my own bed. The Murphy bed in the living is far better than any pull out sofa bed. It’s actually a 10 or 12” mattress and comfortable for adults.
