Welcome to your family-friendly Clearwater retreat, designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable vacations.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private heated pool, perfect for enjoying Florida sunshine in complete privacy. The pool area is screened for comfort and safety, so you can relax without worrying about bugs.

Our fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook meals for family and friends, plus a dining area inside and a patio for outdoor dining and poolside fun. The home also includes an outdoor propane grill, perfect for summer barbecues.

With nearly 2,500 square feet, the home offers spacious living areas, including a comfortable living room, plush beds, and soft linens throughout. The primary bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and direct pool access, creating a luxurious retreat experience.

Located just minutes from Clearwater’s world-famous beaches, nature parks, shopping, restaurants, and local attractions, everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation is nearby.

Mario is a great host! He is very responsive. I asked if he had any games to play for game night, and he went out and got some for us to play. House is beautiful, pool is wonderful, and the yard is massive. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

If you have a family, this is the one!

This house is a perfect choice for a vacation home! It is clean, well stocked and so much space for the kiddos to play. The pool was a huge bonus and we loved the area. Most of my family is local, so besides being close to them, there is all kinds of shoppingAnd activities to do as well. Highly recommend and will stay again when able.

Long weekend getaway

The house was great. It has everything you need to make a vacation comfortable. The pool was great for the kids and to cool off after a hot day in Clearwater. Very convenient and close to a lot of attractions. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay during your vacation.

Highly Recommend

Our family truly enjoyed our stay! The house had absolutely everything we needed. It was very clean, well laid out, and beautifully decorated. The pool was also very clean and was a great size for all six of us to swim in. The neighborhood felt safe and was in a great location to make the most of the beach and all that the area has to offer. Mario was a great host and communicator! I would highly recommend choosing this house!

Exceptional is an understatement! The house is beautiful and has some wonderful upgraded features! The home has every amenity one would need in a vacation home. There was a full supply of toilet paper, paper towels, plates, cups, cooking supply and silverware. There was even a full supply of trash bags, washing liquids, and any and all pool items needed from life vest to pool noodles, flotation items and goggles. There was not a want in Mario’s home. He even had bottled water cold and ready for us!! The location was exactly what we needed, being so close to the Airport, restaurants and the beach, all within a 20-25 min drive or less. Mario was a phenomenal host from the moment I booked the place! He was a great communicator and was able and willing to resolved any questions/issues we had! An added bonus was the ability to check in early! Thank you Mario for making our trip so pleasant and being super accommodating! We look forward to staying here in the future!!!

Nice property small things need to be corrected

The house was well kept on the inside and the space was adequate but the outside left a lot to be desired.. The lawn was in dire need of maintenance. The yard needed to be mowed at the very least and the backyard needed a good weeding. There were no washcloths available. It was not a bad experience but it could be better

Peaceful and Close Drive to the Beach

This was our first time using Vrbo and I have to say we were more than happy with our stay. Mario was a great host and very responsive. His home was incredibly clean and up- to date. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was also very clean and was used every day we were there. There were plenty of bath, kitchen, and beach towels. We greatly appreciated all the floats for the pool and chairs and umbrella for the beach. The piano was a nice little surprise. My son even taught himself how to play a few songs. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quiet which was nice after a long day at the beach. The drive to Clearwater beach was only about 12 minutes away depending on traffic. We also hit a few other beaches nearby, so it was really nice to be close to so much. We had plenty to do. Thank you so much Mario for hosting my family and me. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend for others to do the same!
