The home has a pool, fenced in yard and outstanding views. The large living room opens to a covered seating area pool, dock with incredible views of the waterway. The master bedroom opens to the pool, and waterway. The kitchen/dining area is well equipped with everything you will need. Large two car garage you will find washer/dryer, bikes, grill, beach chairs, beach towels and more!

The space
Large 2 car garage will hold 10-foot trailer, 1 car or 2 cars. Driveway can hold 4 cars.

Two Living rooms each have sleeper sofas, nice and open overlooking the water, great for handicapped, TV in everyone Room and more!

Other things to note
$50.00 Pet Fee per pet. Minimum of 2 pets more needs approval, cats need to be declawed if not request approved to heat the pool there is a $35.00 daily fee. Minimum age to rent the home is 28 years.

A beautiful setting on the intracoastal was quiet and serene

Excellent vacation!

Property was excellent, we enjoyed a short walk to the beach, the pool and fishing off the dock. Elaine was very accommodating, we have a late afternoon flight and she allowed us a later check out. I definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation!!

Amazing!

This was my first experience with a Vrbo and it was absolutely amazing. Anyone is looking for a wonderful place and the perfect location, this is the house. I will definitely be back many times.

Great house- great location!

We spent 2 weeks at this location lovely home and highly recommend! The owner was very communicative, the house is well appointed with quality pots and pans, beds are comfortable, tv in many spots. The views of the canal are perfect for watching dolphins and herons. Great food near by as well as an off leash dig park.

Peaceful and relaxing

My family and I just stayed a few days at this property. We had the best time relaxing by the pool and boating around the area.. We loved the convenience of the dock, nearby boat ramp, and short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone to eat, sleep and lounge. We can't wait to return soon for longer stay!

Great location, love the pool

Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Gray house for a family with the pool. We loved sitting on the dock. Saw a few dolphins, herons, and other wildlife. Get the Cuban sandwich at the Kooky Coconut which is not too far away.

Birthday weekend

We had a few family and friends together for a birthday getaway and needed somewhere we could sleep everyone under one roof. This was just what we were looking for. The location was great. The amenities, all the little details, we had everything we needed. Elaine is a terrific host. We all feel very lucky to have found this. The pool, dock: awesome! Would definitely stay here again

Perfect Home Away From Home

We LOVED the house and our stay here! Everyone was impressed by the spaciousness of the house. Elaine was a delight and I would definitely recommend and stay at her rentals again. The home was super clean, and the heated pool/jacuzzi and deck were a hit! The beach is also just 2 blocks away. Great location, spacious home, reasonable pricing - loved every minute there. Amazing house

My family had the best time staying at this house! We spent most of our trip outside in the pool and fishing from the dock. The pool was perfect and Elaine had plenty of pool toys and floats for us to use. We saw dolphins, a manatee and tons of fish right off our dock. This house has everything we could possibly think of needing and Elaine stayed in touch the whole time making sure we were good. We will definitely be staying here again.

Thanksgiving getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at Elaine‘s property. The house was stocked with everything we needed, and some extras. The house is very spacious with lots of room for spreading out. We love the pool and the dock area. We also enjoyed the bikes each day riding up to the Indian Rocks Beach café. The beach is about 10 min walk, and absolutely gorgeous We enjoyed fishing off of the dock and seeing dolphins pass through. It was a fantastic week!

Family Retreat

This was a great place for our family to gather. We loved the pool along with our grandkids. Plenty of pool toys, floaters, and fishing gear. Plenty of tables and chairs inside and out for family meals. Big kitchen to cook in. Nice to have a garage. We enjoyed the close the proximity to the beach and restaurants. We walked to most places.

Home with pool and dock close to the beach!

Wonderful house with a pool, dock to fish or relax on, pet friendly with a fenced in back yard! Walking distance to the beach but we decided to rent a golf cart because it’s fun for us and the kids! It is next to a beautiful nature walk and a children’s park. Our host was very accommodating and was always happy to answer any questions. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. We will definitely recommend this rental and will rent again the next time we travel to Indian rocks beach!

Great Property!

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay and our interaction with Elaine and James. They were very good hosts. The property was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views from the dock incredible. A few evenings we chose to enjoy the sunsets from the dock. It is a short walk not only to the beach but also to many restaurants and shops. It is a short drive to grocery stores and other attractions. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable.

Great layout and location

Perfect house for me and my husband, along with three 13 yr old boys! We had plenty of space to spread out and really enjoyed the backyard. The boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and ending a day at the beach with a swim in the pool. The nearby playground and nature reserve were also a big plus! I felt comfortable letting the boys walk to nearby restaurants as there were many good ones within a short distance. We even brought our dog along and the backyard was perfect for him as well as a great neighborhood to walk him. I did give the accuracy of the listing 4 stars because the pool heater and hot tub were not working due to the hurricanes, but that did not put a damper on the trip. Elaine was a great host and very responsive. We look forward to future visits!!

Generous and accommodating host!

Had to travel light to Florida but found everything we needed in the house. Towels, sheets, everything we needed to cook with. Quiet and relaxing on the bay and by the pool where we spend most of our time. Host was quick to respond with any questions we had and was very accommodating with any request throughout the entire rental process. Quick walk to the beach and lots of great local restaurants. Perfect Vacation Spot

Our family really enjoyed staying at this adorable property for our annual summer vacation! The location was great with privacy, quiet relaxation and close enough to the hustle of the downtown beach store areas. The house was well equipped with everything our family needed to make our stay enjoyable and easy. We had a total of 8 in our party and all had enough space to relax and spend time together. We really loved the open floor plan of this house and it was very clean! The personal pool and private dock to fish from were definitely huge perks for us! Thank you for allowing us to borrow this place!

Perfect for our STAY

We spent 10 days for Christmas with 6 adults, 3 children, and 3 dogs and the house was perfect for us. The house was very spacious and homey feeling. We never felt like we were on top of each other. We brought a boat and the dock and boat ramp just a few blocks away made boating a snap. The days we didn't go out on the boat the kids could walk to the bait shop for shrimp and spent hours everyday fishing from the dock. Elaine went above and beyond before our arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed for a excellent Christmas vacation!

As you can see all my homes are Pet Friendly and one of my products I rep is for Pets to help their joints. Last of all I am the care take for my 92 year old blind mother. This single family, 2100 square foot, home is located on the wide intra-coastal waterway on the beautiful island of Indian Rocks Beach with a private dock. Can relax and play in the pool, go boating, fishing, stroll to the wide sandy beach, only 2 blocks away, or enjoy the abundance of attractions available just a short hop away.
Everyone loves walking to get ice cream or food at near by places. Go can ride the bikes up and down Golf Blvd. Some people ride them to Clearwater beach for a day of fun.

Elaine’s house is absolutely wonderful! The outdoor space is amazing. The pool gets a lot of sun and it has a beautiful view of the water. The home is very clean and comfortable. Elaine was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Elaine is very personable with her guests and wants to make sure everything is great! She helped provide tips for local places and was super responsive. Loved our time at her place!

Elaine was an excellent host, with the house having everything you could need. We were here for work and loved being able to relax by the pool and water afterwards!

We had such a great time here. The space is much larger than the photos led us to believe and everything was better than expected! The views were incredible, the location was perfect, and we had a great time. We are local but get a lot of visitors from back home and we'll definitely be bringing them here next time they visit!
