Horrible property management company! The pool heater was broken before we arrived. This issue also caused us to have zero usability of the pool which was the main reason the family chose to stay in this home as opposed to many others that we could have gotten much cheaper. After calling immediately upon arrival to have to pool heat turned on we were notified it was broken. Also upon reading your previous review at this home, it shows it has been broken prior and no notice was given to us to give us an opportunity to choose a more appropriate home for our family to stay in. We were told a tech would come out to fix it which isn’t true because the previous review also stated that you told them the same thing so it should had been fixed already. The manager lied to me stating they had no record of the issue which isn’t true due to the previous review. This is a shady/misleading business practice and caused our family to have to find other things to do to pass time. Also the pool was disgusting and hadn’t been cleaned which would have been an issue also if we were even able to use it. Bottom line we would have chosen a completely different place to stay if knew ahead of time the issues with the pool. The home is also poorly cleaned and in bad shape maintenance wise. Green egg was unusable, house needs a pressure wash, foosball table was partially broken. The only redeeming factor is the location is incredible. If I were you I would stay away from southern vacation rentals.
