We provide a starter supply of essentials to use until you can get to the grocery store. Items include dishwasher soap, a small pouch of laundry powder, hotel-style shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, and body wash in each bathroom (not restocked), one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring beach towels for the pool and beach.

Not enough parking. When you have a group of 22, it’s hard parking only three vehicles. We ran out of hot water everyday

This home comfortably accommodates up to 3 vehicles in its designated spaces, with an 8-foot clearance to keep in mind, and there are great overflow options just to the west for any extra cars, including the public parking at Russell-Fields Pier and Pier Park, plus several nearby city and county beach access lots. The Bay Town Trolley also runs right along Front Beach Rd, which many larger groups find convenient. We're always happy to help guests map out parking ahead of arrival so everyone gets settled easily. We also appreciate you mentioning the hot water, and we've shared it with our maintenance team and the owner so it can be looked into. For any future stay, please call or text our team during your visit so we can jump on anything like this right away while you're still in the home and keep your stay running smoothly. Kitchen was not well equipped (all pans had significant scratches & not enough silverware for the size of the house). Beach was clean and the house was extremely close. House was very clean and the entire house was well maintained. Parking was an issue for vehicles taller than 7ft would not recommend bringing large vehicles. Jamie was able to help us come up with a parking solution, thank you!

Beautiful

Beautiful home. Was well furnished and supplied for my family of 8. Check in and check out was super easy. My only complaint was that the pool wasn’t heated.

Friends Vacation

We had a large group of friends vacationing. Communication was great. We did have an issue with the wifi and downstairs ac unit. Both were fixed by maintenance quickly. The amenities state on VRBO that there is a heated pool. When we asked about it we were told it would be $70 a day to heat it. Nowhere in my agreement did it state that, nor did it on VRBO. Overall it was a great experience, and we will for sure be booking with this company next year.

Worst Experience Ever

Was advertised as wheelchair accessible. We came with a quadriplegic family member. Property not wheelchair accessible. Misty had no clue what she was talking about and said if a wheelchair fits through the door that’s what makes it accessible. Stacey promised a callback which she never got around to apparently. I’ve left multiple messages with no return call. Thankfully they have updated the listing so this will not happen to another family. Maybe a review will get me a call back.
