Additionally, after a long day at the beach, you can rinse off with the outdoor shower.

The host was most definitely the best experience I’ve had in my many years of renting vacation homes. They responded immediately and was always positive. They did everything they could help make this experience wonderful. The house overall was awesome and in great shape. Very beautiful views of the beach from the second and third floor

Nice Property

Overall, the house was very nice, and the location was great! Quick, easy walk to the beautiful beach. Our only complaint is that the pool water was cloudy and discolored. Someone came to work on it, but it still did not clear up by the end of our stay. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed this property.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. It was perfect for our family. I can’t complain about anything with the house. Just perfect. The only complaint is with trash pick up. We were given the schedule and it wasn’t correct. We had three cans and 1 1/2 were full when we got there. We had no place to put trash.

Great Property

My family was extremely pleased with the accommodations for our stay in PCB. The house was everything it was listed as. The communication with the property managers was excellent! I was kept informed and updated throughout my stay. We will definitely rent this property again!

Enough room for extended family

Bug house with room for Extended family to all stay together for thr week. Ample seating for eating meals together. Beach an easy walk across the street.

You can not see the beach from the house. The house was nice. It could used some update on painting. There was mold on the shower head on the top floor shower. The outside was not clean. Do not ask for them to come check on the pool. I asked for them to check the pool, it was cloudy and green. He was very pleasant about it and quickly sent the pool company over. I seen the person come over, i seen him place chemicals in the pool and as he was doing other stuff I went upstairs and by the time i came back down he was gone. But apparently he told the owner that we just wanted the pool freshly cleaned. When i came home for our trip i found a charge for an emergency pool cleaning that the owner kindly charged me for, due to his lack of not making sure the pool was clean prior to is coming in. Plus he never disclosed that i would be charged for this service. When i asked him to rectify the charges he would not even consider even listening to what i had to say. It would have nice to have been l told in advance that i would be charged a fee for the service and gave me the option to have them come out or not. I will give them credit for all the beach towels and bath towels that they supplied.

Thanksgiving at the Beach

It was just the right place for our family with spacious kitchen for cooking big meals, seating for dining, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Washer and dryer was a bonus, too. Sheets and towels were good quality and plentiful. We were a party of 11. Great location near so much. Would love to come back in the future but recommend a new dishwasher, extra coffee mugs (microwaveable), faster WiFi, bug extermination, and professionally cleaned furniture

Wow, we had a great stay at Dog Dayz.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Dog Dayz. We walked in and were amazed at the cleanliness and beautiful decor. We had more than enough room. We will definitely stay here again. Also Clarissa was a great host.

Great beach and community

The location was awesome. Blue swell was super attentive. We did bring more pots and pans, knives, and oven Mitts which was helpful. The pool was small but fine. I loved multiple washers on levels. The matresses were comfy!

Perfect for large groups

Excellent location short walk to beach, house is enormous, with huge bedrooms. Perfect for large families or groups. We had a great time grilling and cooking every night on the private patio/pool area. Very comfortable accommodations, away from the craziness of PCB but close enough to drive anywhere you would want to go

A Christmas to Remember

We had an awesome stay at the house over the holidays. Comfortably slept, cooked for and sat for meals with 16 people. The property manager was very responsive. Got back to us very quickly when the initial door code didn’t work. Was also responsive about a couple issues with appliances. This house is just a few minute walk to the beach which we did multiple times each day. I would highly recommend this property.

Another great stay at this property

We stayed here for the second year in a row last week and loved it again. We had multiple families and never felt cramped. The kids loved the dipping pool and the close proximity to the beach. Overall a great time and we hope to be back next year.

The big house with a small pool

House is great! Washer and dryers on multiple levels. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were plentiful.
