Resort Fee:
A $15 + tax per person fee (for all guests age 5 and older) is required. This includes 2 parking passes per unit and wristbands for access to amenities.

* A pre-registration link will be emailed after booking
* All guests must register at least 3 days before arrival to ensure access
* Wristbands are only issued to registered guests within the unit's occupancy limit

Occupancy Limit:
Per Florida fire code and building policy, occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the limit may result in denied check-in without refund.

Parking:
Maximum of 2 vehicles. Each must display a Sterling Sands parking pass.

Pet Policy:
Pets are not permitted at this rental.

Age Requirement:
Primary renter must be 25 years or older. No exceptions.

Entry Instructions:
Access is via an electronic lock (E-lock) with a unique code provided prior to arrival. Codes are reset after each guest’s stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful home

The home was beautiful. Loved the view and accommodations. One thing to note, the fire alarm was going off downstairs on the ground level (not sure why, everything turned out to be okay) but we could not hear it inside the unit, and when we came outside it just sounded like a truck backing up. That could be an issue if there was ever a real problem. Cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, loved taking photos in all of the mirrors as well.

The location on the beach was perfect for us. Walking distance to a great restaurant, water park, putt putt, and go carts. Caught fish from the beach and enjoyed the awesome view

Could use some repairs

Location was great and overall the condo was great. The only issue we had was that the condo could use some repairs/updating. The bed my daughter slept in was wobbly and creaked at the slightest movement. The dishwasher didn’t work properly, one of the closet doors was jammed, and several scrape/chip marks on trim.

Great value and location

The condo sleeps 5 comfortably in beds. Had way more storage for groceries, toiletries and clothing than all we’ve stayed in. The kitchen was stocked with nice pans and utensils. I brought my own blender because it wasn’t mentioned in the amenities but it had one. It has a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator. Would stay there again!

Awesome view :)

We checked-in late and didn't get the chance to look outside. And when I got up, the view of ocean was beautiful from the balcony. It was so beautiful outside. The condo was cleaned properly, nothing to complain. My daughter was not ready to checkout, she wanted to stay here and enjoy more. We definitely look forward and visit again. It was short trip and looking for longer stay in future. Again, the place, location is awesome, we loved it!!!

Loved Sterling Sands 206 needs a refresh.

Absolutely loved Sterling Sands. The location, the beach and the pool were fabulous but…. Unit 206 needs updated disparately. The furniture is dated and stained, the cabinets barely close and they’ve attempted to patch holes in the walls without much success. We visited several other units while there that had all been updated. I would not stay in 206 again until it’s been renovated.

Our Stay

Overall, you pay for the view, it was SPECTACULAR!!! The Condo itself DEFINITELY needs updating, from the shaky dining table to the well sat sofa to bathrooms that need updated. But again…. The View🤷🏼‍♀️

Has a great time in 206

Overall loved the building and the unit. A couple of maintenance issues keep it from a 5 star. Both sliding screen doors were broken. One was off the rails entirely and leaning against the wall on the balcony.

Tired Condo needs rehab

I've stayed at the Sterling Sands 3 times, and always enjoyed the place, location is great and so is beach. This unit 206 was disappointing. I would not stay in 206 again. One of the beds in the second bedroom was not full size and my 14 year old son had to sleep on the sofa bed. The stove was junky with the drawer not staying on the track. The shower head in the bathroom actually fell off when we went to use it. The place wasn't properly cleaned, old half finished sodas in the beverage refrigerator, something like jelly smeared on the balcony glass and lacked towels. I will say that the manager was most responsive and helpful, responding quickly to the issues, having the glass cleaned and towels brought up, had the shower repaired. She took the issues very seriously, and was very pleasant and apologetic and even refunded the cleaning charge which was very nice and showed her sincerity. I wouldn't hesitate to VRBO or Vacassa again and I would stay at Sterling Sands again, but would not stay in this particular condo ever again.
