¡Tome el elevador a este condominio en el tercer piso ubicado directamente en las hermosas playas del Golfo de México y vea las vistas panorámicas de las playas de arena blanca desde su propio balcón! Tiene 840 pies cuadrados donde podrá disfrutar de la 1 habitación, junto con una alcoba en el pasillo y 2 baños. Este hermoso condominio tendrá capacidad para 6 personas. Cuenta con alfombras y pisos de baldosas y una sala de estar / comedor que mira directamente a su balcón donde puede relajarse y ver las olas. La cocina totalmente equipada y actualizada con encimeras de Corian será un placer para entretenerse. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y hay un sofá cama doble en la sala de estar. Entonces, venga a relajarse y disfrute de este condominio frente a la playa que también ofrece una piscina climatizada junto a la playa, un jacuzzi y un área de parrilla de gas para su uso.

Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Para reservar debe ser mayor de 25 años o tener un tutor legal que permanezca en la unidad durante toda la estadía.

The quiet hours they.have in place from 9am to 9pm ensured you were able to rest and relax without being woke up to loud people or noise. We love this place and wil definitely be a returning guest!

A good stay

The guest/2nd bathroom shower in unit 312 did not have cold water and the vent fan did not seem to be working well. That bathroom was very warm following showers. I have stayed at another unit in this complex and would probably not stay in this unit again.

The only drawback to the condo was the king size mattress. It was so wallowed out you slept in a deep hole. We stuffed extra pillows under the mattress to try to level up the mattress. That is my only complaint.

Loved our stay

This was our first trip to Destin. The accommodations were excellent. The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay at Hidden Gem in Destin

It's a bit older than some of the other condos in the area, but you CANNOT beat the private beach and direct access. We've not found anything like it anywhere else. This unit was our favorite so far. It has recent updates and was very clean. The office and management staff are always nice and helpful. The beach set up is such a huge help, and when we asked about sitting near our family members in other units, it was accommodated so nicely. Every day, our three units had set ups next to each other. We highly recommend Destin Beach Club in general to people looking for a beautiful beach experience, and unite 312 is one of the best units.

3 floor apartment breathtaking

This condo was on the 3rd floor it was spacious, extremely clean and it had easy access to an elevator which is a plus when you have multiple bags to carry. Front beach access with amazing views from the balcony. The pool was heated and it was perfect after expending the day at the beach. It had umbrellas and chairs available at all times at the beach. I will give a 5 star to all the employees working at this properly well maintained. I would definitely return.

Great location for a beach vacation.

Only issue was the bath/shower unit had very tall sides and getting out was a bit tricky. Almost fell out a few times.
