Welcome. Place is great for large groups or events. Never feel cramped. We had 25 at my family reunion and all slept very well and had fun all day with the video games, bbq, golf cart, corn hole, swings, kayaks. Never a dull moment and great memory maker!

2 stars? Really? We have had ONLY 5 stars (not even 2s or 3s from over 50 guest stays on different platforms. A two is absurd! Yes we did offer you a free early check in and answered all your questions immediately. The house was vacant for 1 week before your stay and apparently the city had a water main they fixed. So sometimes dirt and mud can get in the water line if they did a repair. All of surfside water has a Brownish tint to it and I don’t reccomed drinking anything other than bottled (Except I specifically told you we have a Reverse Osmosis kitchen sink spigot that is good for making coffee, cooking, or even drinking). You could have bathed an infant with that water if you were so concerned of the color and smell of the city water! As previously mentioned to you we DO HAVE A WHOLE HOUSE FILTRATION SYSTEM to ensure safe water for all. It only in the kitchen that it is Reverse osmosis! So the whole house filtration was rechecked after your visit and complaint to me and the company assured me the water is very safe and is doing it job. What u see as brown is the tanins he said from plants and completely safe and is in ALL CITY WATER IN SURFSIDE!! Nothing I can do about that. But he did say if the house sits for a week without being rented I can flush the water system in the house and that will remove any impurities if the city worked on a line during that time. As for snakes the neighbors don’t want anyone walking in their yard, lol and some people cross the dunes and go into their yard so they stated warning people I guess is snakes. It’s true snakes can be in dunes, so we do have a sign posted ,and it’s best to stay to the walkover to get to beach instead of walking over the dunes which is illegal anyway! Again never had less than 5 stars from dozens of reviews and this 2 is out in left field. House is always clean, ready with all amenities, water purified and now will be flushed ahead of time so that don’t get any dirt in line from a city repair. Yes may still have a very slight smell and light brownish color to water, but most people don’t even notice or understand that is ALL OF SURFSIDE WATER. It’s the people that complain the sky is too blue and the beach made me sandy, that give 2 star reviews after having told me they had a wonderful stay.
