Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Was exactly as advertised. Was a nice little spot less than a 10 minute drive from the town center and a bunch of wineries. The Walmart is about a minute away which makes stocking up on food convenient. Was a great spot for a quick couples getaway!

Great stay in a fantastic location! The property was clean, spacious, and had modern amenities that made our visit very comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi, and the available coffee in the mornings was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing. Super easy check in and check out. Our first time at Fredricksburg for our 1 year anniversary and we were very happy with this place. Very close to main street and the big wineries. I enjoyed how clean and peaceful the cottage was, the hot tub was a plus for us.Will definitely be back here when we come back!

Everything was perfect. I did text when I checked out an ad that there was a business under the front porch, seating area, and a small scorpion in our bed but other than that everything else was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Easy check-in process, good location and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for 2 people. We didn’t use the hot tub. The people around us were quiet. The shower curtain and the fan needs to be replaced. There was used soap left in the shower but overall it was clean with nice decor.

GinGin's Cottage was perfect in every way. Our place was the cleanest and neatest place I've ever stayed. I loved the attention to details and I loved all of the holiday decorations. After a day of hiking at Enchanted Rock, it was so nice to be able to soak in the private hot tub. I highly recommend this precious place!!

Cozy Get Away!

The communication and check in process was super easy and the team responds back within a matter of seconds! The rental was available for us to check in earlier than 4pm which was lovely but we arrived a litter later. Nonetheless we were greeted with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The rental was well equipped and the hot tub was the cherry on top. Minutes away from downtown made it nice for us to just get up and go! Will definitely choose to stay here again for another trip in Fredericksburg!
