The interior features a coastal-inspired décor, creating a serene atmosphere that instantly puts you in vacation mode. The heart of this rental, however, lies in its outdoor spaces designed for endless fun in the sun. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling private pool, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping that creates a tranquil oasis. Lounge on the poolside deck while soaking up the warm Texas sunshine, or gather around the outdoor bar for refreshing drinks and lively conversation. For those who enjoy al fresco dining, the expansive outdoor seating area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather for meals cooked on the grill. Pet friendly! Sorry, golf carts are not allowed. - A two to three-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old.  A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Property was amazing, super well done and put together for a vacation home! My only wish is that I would have looked closer to the proximity to the beach because since we had little kiddos with us, the dostance was not walkable and golf carts weren't allowed on the side of town that the house is at or across the major road that you have to cross to get to the beach. That being said, our children LOVED the bunk beds and the pool downstairs!

Best vacation ever!

The vacation home was awesome. Everything was clean, so many linens, kitchen had everything you would need and more! The outside party area and pool was very nice and clean. The kids ages 1 to 6 had a blast in the pool! I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for such a nice vacation home to stay in!

My friends and family are always impressed with the house itself as it is built for fun and convivence. Beach access within a 10min drive. The Golf course is also only 5-10m away. Great restaurants around the city with delicious fresh seafood dishes. I recommend 'Coaches' for your breakfast needs ANY time of the day. 'La Playa' if you want GOOD Mexican food. 'Mac Daddy's BBQ is also a favorite and they all have great service. Like my heading states, "Do yourself a solid" and stay here if convivence, fun activities and family smiles are on your 'to do' list.... God Bless.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect! The beds are comfy and everything was spotless. The kitchen is stacked with everything you need. The outside is awesome with a gate around the pool area which is great with the kids. We would definitely love to come back!

The outside was great entertaining area, we just needed to get more propane for the area amenities. It's a beautiful home.

This was our first time in Port Aransas! This house is definitely a way to welcome! It was clean to a "T" and well decorated. The kitchen was literally complete with everything you could possibly need and more. Very spacious, comfy, and so many ways to just relax. The recreation area downstairs was amazingly done pool, BBQ, TV lounge, perfect for hanging out and/or entertaining!! The location was nice and near and in the center of pretty much everything. The management company was on point with making sure your taken care at whatever hour it is!!! We almost forgot to do the things we went there for because we were having too much fun at the house. We loved it so much that we wanted to book it for the following weekend, but it was snatched up already. This is our newfound Gem to get away to in the future when visiting the Texas coast. The Gonzales' :)

The staff were responsive 24/7 via text and were very helpful and professional. The location was nice with the exception of the mosquitos but not sure if anything could really be done about that. The price was very reasonable for the beauty of the home, cleanliness, responsiveness, and the furnishings. I have never been in an air bnb that had EVERYTHING and didn’t expect you to break your back cleaning on the way out! Our group will most definitely be returning!! “Coolest beach house ever”

This house was awesome and according to my kids “the coolest beach house ever.” Outdoor entertainment space was perfect. The kids loved the pool. It was just big enough for my littles. There were so many small appliances in the cabinet to use. Inside had plenty of space, board games and huge smart tv’s in every room. There were a lot of beach toys and pool toys under the stairs. Dog toys and dog bowls were available for our dog. The outdoor shower was nice to rinse everyone and everything after the beach. They had everything we needed and more. My dog and I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning and listening to the peacefulness. My son actually cried when we left because he wanted to stay forever. We hope to be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please be mindful that while this home is labeled as pet friendly there is minimal grass around the home to walk your dog and it's all filled with stickers. We had to travel to corpus to buy shoes just so that we could walk our dog to prevent picking stickers from his feet and legs the entire six night stay. There is also constant construction for new homes surrounding this one that occurred our entire stay and a porter potty was placed right next to the driveway. The home was also not very clean upon our arrival considering the high cleaning fee that is charged.

The place was clean and had a good selection of cookware and utensils. If I had to change anything it would be having somewhere close by the dogs can use the potty without 20 sticker burrs piercing their paws. Other than that, Great place!

Not enough cleaning supplies for kitchen and grill didn't work good downstairs (prior people left it dirty).We needs a pool skimmer - bugs were bad in pool and we had no way to clean it. We loved the house and down stairs. need more than one trash can for 9 people staying 9 days. Overall it was a great time. Why does house sway? Is that normal?
