Overall it worked out. Good location. Property doesn’t have a changing table, step stools for the sinks, or drain plugs for the tubs. The crib is tiny and the mattress is thin. Everything was clean minus the blinds. They need to be cleaned. Make sure the windows are locked and can lock when checking in. Interior doors lock from the inside and they don’t have keys at the property.

Anaheim Adventures

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 3 households who came together to enjoy Disney and baseball together. The house had enough room for everyone and was a perfect location for our activities. I highly recommend this property!

Loved walking to Disney

Nemo’s house fit our needs because we wanted to be able to walk to Disney and have a bathroom per bedroom. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We took advantage of borrowing the two strollers they have as well! With our three young kids and a pregnant mom it took us 18 minutes to reach the security checkpoint into Downtown Disney. Would stay again!

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! Some of the reviews said that it was a walk of about 10-15 minutes -- it was closer to 30 minutes. The walk is safe and doable- it is just a hike! We loved this house though! It worked very well for our family - 7 adults and a 1yr old! The owners communicated well and were very helpful! This place was exactly what we were looking for!

Great Clean Stay!

We had an awesome time at Nemo’s house. The property was clean and the beds were super comfy. What else could you need?!It was a 3 min drive to the Disneyland parking garage (we drove because we had our grandparents with us). However you could definitely walk. The backyard was very nice. We spent our time home out on the patio. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We felt safe there. The house is in a nice location, lots to do around the area!

Convenient location close to Disneyland. Can see the fireworks from the backyard. Easy to walk to Disneyland. 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms make for an easy stay for large family. Friendly neighbors. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds. TVs in every room.

Good Location for Disneyland but cleanliness and parking beware

Cleanliness of property was poor. I was contacted an hour before check in and told that cleaning hadn’t begun on the property and the owner was wondering if I could check in late. I advised the owner that my son was already in Anaheim with his two small children and we needed the agreed upon checkin. When my son arrived there were two people leaving the home. The bathrooms had hair on the floor and shower walls which indicated that they had not been cleaned properly. Also beware the parking is EXTREMELY tight. A third vehicle has to be parked behind a gate and it requires a lot of shuffling around vehicles which was very inconvenient.

A Little Slice of Disney!

Great stay in a nice house located 20 to 25 walking minutes from Disneyland (monorail entrance) and 30 to 40 minutes from Adventureland (traffic depending). Can also see the 930pm fireworks at Disneyland to some extent!

Great place!

My family and I were very comfortable in this home. It was only a 20-30 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventure, which was very doable. Everything was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe walking in it when we returned from Disneyland late at night.

2024 Disneyland Experience

Overall our stay was PERFECT! Location was perfect walking distance as long as you are semi active family in general. Even if you walk in morning with family if you are super tired at the end it’s close enough to send someone back to grab a vehicle at the house. Size is perfect for 6 people 2 kids and we felt like we could have brought 2 more and still been comfortable with the 3 full bathrooms. Backyard was awesome for the kids! And you really could see all the fireworks from the backyard besides the low flying ones. Kitchen was efficient and all appliances worked well. Enough cookware for all dinners we made. Could use some updates or work on the kitchen faucet. Only had one issue where on our second day we were smelling gas in morning in the kitchen area. The property owners handled the issue very well and had someone out their writhin the hour and had it fixed. Was just a faulty knob. Overall HIGHLY recommend.

Disneyland Stay

This property was a great choice! It was a perfect choice for my extended family to stay off the parks. It was a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney. The kids loved the finding Nemo house.

Disney trip

Nice stay we were hardly there. We figured late in our trip how to get back and forth from disney without so much walking. There is a drop off parking lot you can lift or uber for a few dollars. There were 10 of us so me and grandma would leave earlier and pick up others later. You can even get disney trolly to nearby parking lots and walk back. I did leave a few clothes in dryer and asked if they clould send them to me at my cost and reimbursed for their time. Apparently its too much trouble and not part of their policy. Other wise its a good location and better value for a large group.

Great stay at the Nimo House

We had 4 couples and 2 children at the Nimo house. The amenities were perfect for the 10 of us! Everything was clean and accurate for the house amenities. Please be advised the walk is 10 minutes to the Disneyland hotel property and an additional 12-13 minutes through downtown Disney to the ticket gates. That is a brisk walk. Fortunately it was just fine with only 2 littles in our party! The property managers were amazing at responding to my multiple questions about infant items and didn’t seem put out by an over zealous grandma. Thank you Nimo house for our stay!

Great house

Very impressed. Just like the pictures. House seemed very clean, but I did have to wipe down the kitchen counters, they were greasy but it might have been missed because the rest of the house was clean.

Nemo House

The only issue I had was that the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There was an old used napkin under the nightstand which then led me to see dust and dirt, and I fortunately the house smelled very musty. Everything else was excellent. I didn’t have little kids to need a stroller, but there’s a stroller available if you needed one, We parked at the Mickey and friends parking lot, which was very convenient and close to the house. Honestly, everything else was great except for the cleanliness of the house.
