Great stay

Over all great stay. Rented for roughly a month and no issues.

I appreciated Josh and was glad to have accommodated him. While he first booked this side of the duplex, when he requested to extend his stay, the unit was booked for after his stay but, no worries, we put Josh in the other side of the duplex and that took care of that.

Serene quiet neighborhood, harmonious living in a bustling environment.

I was enamored with the seclusive and peaceful vibes this home commandeered. The home is situated upon a hill where any guest may listen to the stillness of nature and still have an overview of a populace neighborhood; yet, the community are quietly warm with hospitality and respect. The interior was remarkable with a psychedelic atmosphere intertwined with a modernistic touch. Therefore, those with a joy for music and comfort, this home carries such soul within its walls. Overall, the owner was kind and was easily available to accommodate any concerns if they raised. I highly recommend this property for those seeking a relaxing getaway and still being accessible to downtown Nashville without having to constantly deal with the overwhelming traffic during the weekends. Stay awesome & golden

Hi there, I've been living in Nashville for over 30 years! It's hard to believe that after growing up in S Florida. I moved here as a music artist which I did in FL along with being a graphic artist, worked in music for a few years and then started a career in Real Estate in 1999. I'm a full time Broker and I've owned my own firm since 2021.

I only buy homes that I would live in. This neighborhood is one of the most desirable in the area. This duplex is the only one and it's surrounded by single family homes with long-time residents who take great pride of ownership in their homes. The homes are on large lots which provides privacy.

この宿泊施設の特徴

As I said, it's the only duplex in a sea of beautifully cared for single homes. I've owned it since about 2001 but recently completely renovated it with all new appliances, floors, paint and decorated it from my heart (music). All of the musicians in the posters that I made are Legends and great musical influences. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
