We had a great week at Beach Bliss! The house was exactly as described, if not better. It was the perfect fit for our family of 3 and two other couples. The golf cart came in handy for grabbing breakfast on Pine Ave and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed the pool and mini golf. I enjoyed watching all of the birds in the canal. My husband says it was his favorite house of all the houses we have rented on AMI!

When can we come back?

This is by far the best property for two families vacationing on AMI that we’ve seen! The one story layout is perfection for the indoor / outdoor living that we travel here for. Beautifully equipped kitchen and living area with walls of big sliding glass doors leading out to a gorgeous pool, mini golf and fun for all ages with the paddleboard and kayak. We had two families staying at the house - four adults and four kids ranging from 11-16. Couldn’t have been better! The property manager was super responsive on all questions and anything else we needed, even greeting us when we first arrived with tips for the house and the island. The location was great for quick access to Pine Ave and the beaches. This is our third trip to AMI but our first actually staying on the canal, we loved it! The only place for improvement would be the need for a “book” with all the house how-tos (internet, trash details, check out procedures, etc). They provided all this information via VRBO message but that was only accessible by the person who reserved it (me) and I constantly had to scroll through my app to find the details we needed. Not the end of the world and definitely would not stop me from booking Beach Bliss again!

We had a great stay at Beach Bliss! The house is beautiful, spacious, and in an excellent location on Anna Maria. We especially loved the pool, outdoor space, dock, and having the golf cart included. It made getting around the island incredibly easy.Overall, the home was well equipped and very comfortable for a longer stay. We did have a few minor maintenance issues, including a broken pool umbrella and a garage door that wasn’t working properly. The management team was responsive and quickly ordered a replacement umbrella and offered to send someone out for the garage.Communication was generally good, although there were a couple of instances where we would have appreciated more proactive information. For example, pool service arrived during our stay without us realizing it was scheduled, which temporarily made the pool unusable. Management explained the regular service schedule afterward and said they would ask the pool company to provide notice going forward.Those were relatively small things and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a wonderful stay. Beach Bliss is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would absolutely consider staying again.
