Dockside Waterfront Condo

Enjoy our private Grande River frontage condo just minutes from downtown Grand Haven, Boardwalk, two State Parks, and so much more. Enjoy the convenience of the nearby restaurants for breakfast, dining, or catch the sunset from the deck of the outdoor "TIki" bar at the Holiday Inn next door.

This private entrance condo includes two large bedrooms, two baths, ne with a jacuzzi tub. Sleeping accommodations include a king in the master bedroom, queen bed with futon in 2nd bedroom, and a unique 3rd loft level with a twin bed. The condo is fully furnished with all the extra amenities you will need.

There are amazing views from the private deck of the Grand River, boat docks, and breathtaking sunsets. Extra parking is available as well on the east side of the Holiday Inn parking lot.

A short trolley ride is available to downtown Grand Haven, Grand Haven State Park, and the boardwalk. You can bring your bikes and utilize the new million-dollar bike path bridge over the Grand River that provides safe, direct access to downtown Grand Haven and Ferrysburg. The walking and bike paths continue around Spring Lak and all the way to Holland shops, fine dining, and other Spring Lake shopping and restaurants. There is a public boat launch and public park two blocks away as well.

Area: Grand Haven is known for its annual Coast Guard Festival, Boardwalks, and beautiful beaches.

Spring Lake and Grand Haven offer an assortment of shopping, dining, beaches, and famous Lake Michigan sunsets! Hoffmaster State Park, Michigan Adventure Water Park. and shopping malls are also close by north on Hwy 31.

This is a beautiful property overlooking a marina. The kitchen is so well appointed. It even had a crock pot which came in so handy. The parking was covered and easy and right near the door. Great stay.

Perfect location

We loved the location right on the pier. It’s close to walking trails and the lake views in the balcony are the best with morning coffee. Both my husband and kids loved this property- the boys made a secret hideout in the loft and loved the space. We are already planning next year’s trip to Grand Haven.

We enjoyed our stay in Spring Lake. Nice property and condo, enjoyed the marina view. Quiet area. Condo stocked with all amenities you’ll need for your stay. Enjoy the extra beach chairs for our family. Would recommend this area.

Perfect Location

This has to be one of the most comfortable that’s in a VBR. I have stated. The views were perfect. The location was quiet, but yet still close to everything. I will stay here in the future.

Family Vacation June 2024

The condo was very clean and spacious! Nice view of Spring Lake and the dock. There is plenty of space in this condo for larger families. There is also a great grassy lot just outside of the condo for kids to play. Directly in front of the condo complex is a very nice bike trail to enjoy! Overall this was a great place to stay and we had a lot of fun.

Girls weekend!

We were very pleased with our accommodations and the condo! Such a beautiful view! Our host was very easy to work with and communicated what they wanted from us and addressed any concerns we had. During our booking owners changed and both hosts made that transition seamless. Overall had a great girls weekend and experience!
