This place was perfect for my husband and I on a little week getaway. It was nearby to everything we wanted to do in the area, easy to find, clear directions, clean.
The room was clean. Nicely decorated. The host responded to any questions we had quickly. We really enjoyed Green Mountain Falls. The community the cabin is located in. Everyone was friendly. Community pool, bar with pizza, and the Pantry was excellent. Nice lake and stream to walk around. It was a great location. there was a little store & art gallery too. Breakfast st The Pantry was amazing. Pizza at the bar was really good too!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Location is fantastic and the place was clean. We were not aware that this is an apartment in a building with several other apartments. We were informed the day of check-in about the shared drive, shared porch, and noise rules since everyone is in such close proximity. That being said not great for privacy which was disappointing for us.
As advertised. Host was incredibly helpful. I asked, they delivered. Good value for a private space at the base of Pikes Peak. Great trip and thank you again to the host.
Really cute place with a great view from the back deck. Luckily no one was in the unit next to us because its a shared balcony (that would have been awkward since we spent a lot of time out there)Very well equipped kitchenette, comfy recliners & bed, very clean & great communication from the host. Highly recommend
The space was very clean and updated. I loved that there was a full sized fridge with a freezer. We were able to store our frozen items! The recliners were comfortable beyond belief!
Nice property and well laid out fir a small space. Only downside was hearing the people walk upstairs.

The property was clean and the host was very nice. The only downfall is the bed was super firm and no local channels on the tv. Like all the other reviews you can hear people above you but that was not a big deal for us. The area is a supe cute mountain town.
Very nice and clean. Host replied promptly to any questions. Would recommend this property highly!

Beautiful surroundings, walls of rooms were paper thin. We could hear conversations of other guests.

Very quiet, except for the stoping of the feet upstairs! About the stairs there was not one mention of the 16 steps down and 16 up multiple times!! That's a bit too much for a couple of people in their 70's!!!
We spend most of our days out and about, and enjoyed relaxing and watching a movie in the evenings. Not a whole lot of bells and whistles, but it was clean, and was a great home base for our stay. Plus the location was great, and the home was easy to get to! There are a lot of reviews mentioning the large number of stairs - I counted and I believe it was 14. A bit of a pain when we first arrived and were unloading, and again to load back up again, but otherwise no big deal at all.Walls were very thin, we did hear the people in the adjacent unit, as well as pretty loud footsteps overhead. At night when we were sleeping it wasn't much of an issue though, so not a big downside for us!
Super Clean and Very Well Updated- Just Not As Listed
Our host was super with instructions and communication at check in and check out. This is a super clean and recently updated great place. It was listed as a one room cabin, but it is more accurately a basement apartment. There are 3 properties in this one house. Ours was next to another small apartment on the lower level. Access to the space was around the upper floor space down a steep and narrow staircase that was hard to load and unload to. None of that shows in pics or description.
