A short walk can take you to shores of Lake Huron, the lighthouse gift shop, the park's hiking trails, and playgrounds! Within a 15 minute drive, you'll be able to experience all that the surrounding towns have to offer, including Port Austin, Harbor Beach, and Grindstone City. Only 30 minutes to Caseville! Once back at the cabin, enjoy the tranquil setting in the woods.

It’s a little small. The loft ceiling isn't high enough for a child to even stand. The kitchen could also use a deep clean. We liked the area, a bit of a walk (or drive) to the lake, but the lake is beautiful.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin is located in the back corner of a small neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Our backyard offers natural serenity, the night sky’s are breathtaking, and having Lake Huron a short walk away sealed the deal for us and our growing family.

What makes this property unique

The cabin is located right across from Lighthouse County park which offers activities for the family and is a 15 minute drive to Port Austin. We can experience all of the cities along the thumb’s coast within a short drive and settle in at the cabin afterward away from the noise to enjoy nature.
