The condo had everything! I mean everything! The beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon were so handy for our beach days. The beach is literally a 1 min walk. The beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was high end with pull out bed. We cooked meals and made lunches each day to take on our day trips. The kitchen literally had everything. We would stay at this exact place again hands down.

Beautiful property, just as pictured

We normally stay on the east side of the island, but decided to mix things up and Nihi Kai did not disappoint. The condo was very thoughtfully updated. Beds were super comfy, and we appreciated all the extras like beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Property grounds, including pool, were super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

I just enjoyed a week in Kauai with my family in this beautiful condo. The property grounds are gorgeous, it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach and is perfectly stocked with everything that a family needs. This place is a 10/10 location! 3rd time to Kauai, best stay yet! Fully stocked with everything you need! Literally down to beach stuff and kitchen stuff! So happy with our stay. Utilized all the lanai’s, furniture was so comfortable. Both beds, pillows, sheets beyond amazing!!!!!! Great floor plan! The washer and dryer was a game changer! Beautiful complex!!!!!

The complex was a short walk to the beach where we saw turtles and monk seals daily. The place was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We utilized the bbq almost daily. The communication with the owners was great and prompt.

We have stayed at many places in hawai this one was great.. It was very nice but the nice thing is it came with just about everything we could possibly need it to do any cooking or beach going, chairs boogie boards, umbrellas snorkle gear, etc., if we needed it, it was probably in the unit.. Separate air conditioning units in all the rooms was fantastic.

Poipu Kauai stay

Our stay in Poipu condo was very nice. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The only complaint I have are the stairs and bathrooms on a different floor than the kitchen/living area, but at 70 years old, all stairs can be a challenge. We would recommend the condo to friends and family.

We loved the easy walk to Poipu beach… the grounds/landscaping of these condos is so very nice - a bonus for those of us who enjoy gardens. 🤗. The layout of the condo is convenient- but you must be able to do stairs. Be sure to sit on the wall facing the ocean at sunset - lovely!

Beach Gear and Great Location

We had a wonderful stay with our tweens/teens! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a huge stock of beach and snorkeling gear along with a wagon. The walk to play at the beach was so easy. We would definitely consider staying there again. My only suggestion is to supply a couple turtle safe red light flashlights along with education for renters to leave the beach clean, dark, and flat at the end of each day. This is a great opportunity to help protect the turtles that make Poipu Beach such a special spot.
