~ Outdoor amenities such as the hot tub are seasonal and typically available May 1st through November 1st, weather permitting. Early availability may vary depending on weather conditions
~ A signed waiver is required prior to check-in when the hot tub is available for use
~ Nightly rates are adjusted seasonally and may vary based on amenity availability
~ No street parking allowed per HOA regulations. Guests must park in the driveway (up to 3 vehicles) or use overflow parking near the Bridges Bay Resort lot. Parking on the grass is not allowed
~ Please verify waterpark hours on the Bridges Bay Resort website before booking
~ Passes are not available on the day of check-out unless preapproved
~ No smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. Smoking allowed outside with proper disposal
~ Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
~ Do not move furniture
~ Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
